Our property is dog-friendly, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. While you're out, please crate your pet to ensure their safety and comfort. The surrounding area is pet-friendly, offering plenty of spots where your dog can join you on walks. Please note that you must get prior approval for pets—failure to do so will result in a $300 penalty.

No Parties or Events: To maintain a serene environment for all guests, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction, and the house codes will be modified for security. By booking this home, you acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, and you agree to treat our home with respect.

Smoking: Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes all indoor areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.

Fine: A $350 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the property. This includes any lingering smells, cigarette butts, or any other signs of smoking inside. We ask that you respect this rule to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and to maintain the cleanliness of the space. Thank you for your understanding!

Bunk Bed Safety: For safety purposes, only children aged 6 or older are allowed to use the bunk beds. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to use the bunk beds. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times when using the bunk beds to prevent accidents. We recommend that guests adhere to this rule to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone during their stay.

Supplies: Start-up supplies provided by our cleaning service include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash liners, toilet paper, and bathroom trash liners. If you're staying for a longer duration, you may need to purchase additional supplies as the initial set is used up.
