The Space:
Located in a historic building with modern renovations, this first-floor studio is both charming and functional. Rest easy on the comfortable queen-size bed, complete with your choice of Goose Down Feather or Memory Foam pillows. The spacious living area includes two cozy lounge chairs, a 40-inch Roku-equipped TV, and a vanity/work table that doubles as a workspace. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials, including coffee, tea, and major appliances, perfect for whipping up meals or quick snacks.

** Sleeping arrangements: Queen-size bed with Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillow options.
** Living area: Two lounge chairs and a vanity/work table for relaxing or working.
** Bathroom: Full bath with high-quality essentials provided.
** Kitchen: Fully equipped with coffee, tea, and major appliances.
** Comfort: New portable air conditioner for customized climate control.
** Entertainment: 40-inch Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
** Storage: Ample closet and storage space.
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative.
** Parking: No parking in the building; street parking only.
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Just off Franklin Village, the area offers a mix of historic allure and modern vibrance. Walk to the famed Beachwood Cafe or explore unique boutiques and eclectic dining options nearby. Iconic landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Griffith Observatory are just minutes away, and hiking trails to the Hollywood Sign are practically at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
While the building does not include on-site parking, street parking is available nearby. The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and rideshares are easily accessible. Public transit options also provide convenient access to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The central location ensures you’re never far from Hollywood, Downtown LA, or other major attractions. While the building doesn’t have security, the area is known for its safety, offering peace of mind during your stay.

Other Things to Note:
By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:

**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.

Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
