Unrestricted free street parking, secure 2nd floor unit. Quick access to Beverly Hills, Century City, Brentwood, UCLA, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, 405 and 10. Drive to Venice or beaches in 15-20 min.

Available for stays of 1.5 months or more, occasionally short term less than a month accepted.

Perfect, perfect perfect!!

This wonderful accommodation was absolutely perfect. For the price, the cleanliness and the comfort of having a two bedroom close to walking distance to Westwood was wonderful. We walked every day to UCLA for campus tours . I would highly recommend this property and Tobin was absolutely fantastic to work with .

Clean and comfortable, excellent location

The condo is in a very pleasant location south of Wilshire, extremely private, with washing facilities on site and easy to use. Most things you would need have been thought of; there are ample towels, etc. I loved staying there.

Fantastic Location!

This is the way every transaction should go! The entire process was smooth, from the initial inquiry to book, to the detailed instructions received from Tobin to both check-in and out, to questions I had about our stay. The place is well represented in the photos. It was comfortable, extremely quiet, especially given its proximity to busy streets, and had all the necessary items to be a temporary home away from home. The location can't be beat, close to groceries, restaurants, and sights to see in LA. Tobin was very responsive, and checked in with me several days into our stay to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice flat in a very quiet and bright district at walking distance from Westwood Village.

The flat is nice and well equipped. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms and showers functioning. Condo and street are very quite. The district is green and bright with beautiful villas and flowered gardens. You can get UCLA by walking in the morning (at evening the district is quite dark for walking). Equipment useful, generous sheets and tovels. Convenient check in/out Tobin is a very kind host and I reccommand his flat. I can just suggest some improvements. Some more kitchen stuff and a larger table would be nice in order to have at least a couple of people for dinner.

Very cozy apartment in a great location.

This apartment was very nice and clean. The gas fireplace was an added bonus to ward off the cold weather. Tobin was responsive to all of our needs. The location is less than a mile from the Westwood Village shops so everything you need is very near. I would gladly stay here again.

Quiet and wonderful!

Tobin was great at communicating and dealing with any issues my inlaws had with the property. It was quiet and clean and there were plenty of supplies and cutlery. It was a home away from home. The place was located close enough to the westwood shops but far enough that you did not hear any noise.

Convenient spacious and practical

It was a pleasant stay Tobin had great communication although the place wasnt thoroughly clean there were lots of supplies to do a wipe down ... The place overall has a warm homey feel!

Clean, comfortable and well located

I stayed in this condo with my daughter while visiting my son at UCLA. It was just as described. Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Great location for visiting UCLA and very lovely, quiet neighborhood. Tobin, the owner, was very responsive to any and all questions. Just a few things to be noted. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the condo. There is only one washer and dryer on the property and you have to walk down a long outside pathway and two flights of stairs. Parking on the street was not really a problem EXCEPT for Thursday and Friday between 12-3 pm when street cleaning rules are in effect. Whatever you do don't arrive during that time (as I did) or you will have to park very far away and lug your bags a great distance. Lastly just a minor complaint about the lighting in the guest bathroom which is almost non-existent and the light outside the condo door which is out completely making it nearly impossible to get the key in the door. I would recommend this condo.
