This is an amazing house! Very beautiful and an awesome layout for a large group. Every area of the house was CLEAN and decorated beautifully. Almost every room has a deck and beautiful views. TWO rooftop decks for 360 views were AMAZING!The location is perfect. Walkable to food, entertainment and the beach. We loved having the golf cart and a credit for beach rentals included. The host was wonderful with communication and attentive to any needs we had from booking through the end of the trip. This house is worth every penny! We plan to book this house again next year!

Spacious house with plenty of amenities

This house fit our needs quite well. There were so many living areas that we didn’t even get to them all. We had some minor issues that popped up but were responded to in a timely manner. There is no private beach access as one of the descriptions implied but the golf cart made it fairly easy to get our things to the beach just down the road.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear the home provided plenty of space and met your family's needs during your stay. We're also happy our team was able to respond quickly to the minor issues that came up—your comfort is always our priority. We appreciate your note about the beach access and will make sure our listing is as clear as possible. It’s great to know the golf cart helped make beach trips easy and enjoyable. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon!

1. No air first level that the owners were very much aware of! Had to sleep on couches until fixed 4 days later. Second level not as bad but the 2 bedrooms were very uncomfortable had to use their box fans that were there never a good sign. 2. Floors dirty and urine and sand in toilets when arrived3. The dishwasher was broken .…. microwave drawer broke4. 2 ceiling fans broke 5. Toilets clog easy6. Tv shatter in bunk bed…dresser drawers broken7. Grill blew up and almost hurt my son because it wasn’t cleaned. It was full of grease this could have been a very bad situation 8. Listing on website was falsely advertised. It was listed as all kings and 2 king bunk rooms but it’s actually 3 bunk bed rooms and a queen bed while the rest being kings The house itself was beautiful and a great location but the maintenance was poorly managed. We will never stay at this location again. Having a maintenance man there every day was ridiculous. I hope they address all these issues so the next guests can enjoy their vacation maintenance free!

Thank you for your kind words about the home. We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and found the property beautiful. We do sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the refrigerators. While the home has a fourth-floor kitchenette with an additional refrigerator, that wasn't communicated to you, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can do a better job for future guests. Regarding the sofas, when you inquired, our team understood your question to be about sleeper sofas rather than the total number of couches throughout the home. We apologize for that misunderstanding. We also regret the confusion about the coffee maker. Our records indicate both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig, we're sorry your granddaughter went to the trouble of bringing one from home unnecessarily. We're pleased that, despite these communication issues, you had a wonderful stay. At the same time, we do wish we had the opportunity to better clarify these details during your trip so that your overall experience with our team reflected the same quality as your experience in the home. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the information we provide to future guests.
