Mountain Views Out Every Window

Our one Studio unit that does not have a full kitchen has views of the Mountain and the River. Queen size bed (twin can be added in for additional sleeping space) is in beautiful pine tongue and groove paneling with tiled floors and beams on the ceiling to give it a warm and cozy feel. This second floor room is equipped with a flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave and mini refrigerator. We are within walking distance to The Lift House, ski lifts, restaurants, shopping, fishing, and more. We charge a little less than our other units during the busy time of the summer because this part of town can be noisy during the day and evening. (Restaurants, ATV''s, GoCarts, A lot of people and foot traffic from the River and Ski Area) If you are planning on bringing a pet, please read our pet policy and pay the $65 pet fee. A $150 charge will be applied to any undeclared pets

Overall a good value. However, some repairs are needed:1) portable AC exhaust vent was taped together which kept coming apart thus pumping hot exhaust air into room.2) screen door Is not operable/torn screen..needs to be replaced

The condo is in a terrific location, right off the main Street, a short walk to the ski loft and a couple of block to the park where the festival happened. Everything in RR is within a few blocks! The property was well-equipped with more than the listing indicates, including dishes, glasses, flatware, hairdryer, and is nicely decorated. Parking is tight, but plenty, if others park thoughtfully. Stairs to units are wide and access is easy. Kevin responded quickly to a request that we had, and has also compiled a notebook of great information about the area! He knows the area well and was happy to make our stay comfortable! Would stay again next time!! Cable TV with lots of channels, but no streaming. We were always gone anyway! Thanks for a great stay!!

Nothing like the photo used in your advertisement. Blinds hanging off the windows, some lights didn’t work mold, plaster . One of the nastiest places I have ever rented. Needed painting inside and out. Screen door needed replacing and would not lock. Next to a go cart track and no air conditioning. If you need pictures we have some. If this is what you offer , we won’t be using your company.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. The A/C unit worked well enough after I tried to get the disconnected exhaust duct to stay in the window panel. My main disappointment was the go-kart track downstairs literally on the other side of the bedroom wall (I was in the end unit). I clearly overlooked some previous reviews about the proximity of the go-karts; from the listing it sounded like they could be "nearby" along with other summer activities, but it felt like they're about to bust through the wall like the Kool-Aid Man. I could diminish the sound somewhat by keeping the A/C cranked up, but still smelled the go-kart exhaust. I was expecting more "nature vibes" than "amusement park vibes". Bummer.

Well there are beautiful mountains all around so every view is good.The location is perfect. The room was very clean & the queen bed and twin were very comfortable. You can walk anywhere you need from this location. We would stay there again! Very friendly & helpful staff:)

The room was very small, smaller than it appears in the photos. It was clean. Heat source was small oil heater, seemed to do pretty well keeping up. Good location. The bed however was the hardest most uncomfortable bed we've stayed in.

Anniversary Getaway

The stay was warm and welcoming. The room was very cozy and the owner and staff at wild Bills were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and perfect for weekend getaway. We walked straight to slopes about 50 yards away from our door. Watched the fireworks from front door.
