Great condo and perfect location

My 18th visit to Maui and first time here at Lahaina Shore. The location is perfect and staff wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful place with great location and beautiful view

Excellent beach access, short walk to Lahaina town shopping and dining. Lisa offers great advice and couldn’t be easier to work with. Resort is very clean with well stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great View

This property is in an older building but well maintained and clean. You can't beat the view and it's only 50 feet to the water. We liked the location as it is only a short walk to the shops on Front ST. We would stay there again.

Hawaiian magic

This was a small but lovely place to stay. Enjoyed being so close to the water, watching for whales, seeing the boats coming and going, listening to the waves. Also enjoyed the nearby luau music from time to time. The kitchen is great, and the hot tub at night very relaxing. Overall a wonderful place to stay

Very Relaxing

We were able to watch whales and turtles from the balcony. Very we needed was within walking distance, it was wonderful. YYou are jjust steps from the beach.

Great location

This location and unit were great. We left the sliding door open every night to enjoy the sound of the surf. The unit was clean and comfortable for our stay, staff at the front desk were very helpful. We also enjoyed the proximity to Lahaina shops and restaurants without having to get in the car. We would would consider this location again.

Wonderful Maui Gem!

Amazing views from a perfect studio condo! Beautiful decor and outfitted with everything we needed. Quiet end of town. Beachfront in an area that never felt overcrowded. Walking distance to great restaurants and the harbor. Lisa was great with communication. Definitely recommend this unit. Would stay here again (and again, and again)!

Amazing View and Location

The view from this room is breathtaking. The condo building itself was very quiet and very enjoyable. Loved being able to walk along Front Street and not having to drive all the time. The front desk was always so pleasant and helpful if you ever needed anything. Dealing directly with Lisa (owner) was always so easy and simple - she truly gives it her special touch to make you feel at home. I would gladly stay in this condo again.

Perfect!

It was just like the photos and descriptions. The location was right next to town, a convenience store, Luau, and breakfast place. It was like we lived on Maui in our own perfect apartment. We have everything we needed from towels, to a cooler, beach chairs and the perfect view. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Excellent value!

Great Views and Thoughtfully Touches by Owner

This condo is clean, beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 night stay including a drying rack for wet our beach towels. The condo is in a great location making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the marina in Lahaina. In our opinion, the best part of the condo is the ocean, front, balcony. We spent a lot of our time on the balcony watching the sunset, whales, boats and surfers. The powerful binoculars in the room were a nice touch and made it easy to spot the whales in the distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Very nice!

We booked this room through VRBO and has very impressed. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. The unit was what we were expecting. Very happy with a gorgeous view. Sitting out on the deck every day watching the whalles, sunrise, sunset, and waves of the great Pacific was wonderful! We are definitly going to return, and will book this unit again!

40th Birthday Trip

Really great view, amazing location, cute condo that had everything that we needed. Truly a full ocean view from the balcony, stunning. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily, the staff at the building were very friendly. Loved that the condo kitchen was fully stocked and that there was a cooler, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use. These items came in very handy. Small condo but really comfortable for 2 people. Location wise at the quiet end of front street which made the beach quiet and the condo quiet for sleeping but only a few minute walk to restaurants and bars.

1st Trip to Maui - Awesome!

We celebrated my milestone birthday and our 33rd anniversary in this beautiful spot! The condo was everything we expected. Our favorite spot was having breakfast and lunch on the patio. Fantastic views of the ocean and island in the background! Loved listening to the ocean from the condo. Very convenient to the town of Lahaina where we walked to shop and have special meals. Enjoyed relaxing days by the pool and beach. The owner made the rental process easy and she answered all of our questions prior to our trip. Hope to return to Maui for other special occasions and would stay at this condo without question.

Studio with Ocean View (and Sounds)

Excellent Lahina location with a fantastic view. Property was clean and the unit had some upgrades. Studio unit has all the amenities needed for a two week stay. Would definitely rent this unit again. Property is next to IO and Pacific O, two excellent restaurants. Dinner at Betty's next door gives you a free view of the luau, but food just OK. Skip their Mai Ta's. Many restaurants and markets within walking distance. Warren & Annabelle show is a must see.

Incredible View

I chose this property after reading the great reviews and the owner had a special price for the dates that I was interested in traveling. Lisa, the condo owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was looking to get away for a relaxing vacation and working with Lisa was super easy to work with, she was prompt in her responses to any of my questions and was accessible if I needed anything while I was in Maui. Lisa's condo is tastefully decorated, with a Hawaiian theme, and she had pretty much everything I needed while I was there... for example, I bought a Maui gold pineapple from upcountry and was hoping there was a knife big enough to cut it...there was indeed a good knife and I ate that pineapple the next day. She's stocked the condo with utensils, dishware, small appliances, beach chairs, beach towels, etc... Between the amazing view (especially for sunset), well furnished condo, sleeping to the sounds of crashing waves, location in Lahaina (just a short walk away from everything in Lahaina, especially Ono Gelato), and working with Lisa, I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Nice Place & Helpful Owner

This is a nice quiet place to stay that's in a good location for going different places in Maui! You can head north to the more touristy Kaanapali area & find different beaches & places to explore, you can also head south to check out that area of Maui, or you can journey out to the Road to Hana & the Haleakala National Park. We got to see more wildlife in this area than the 2nd place we stayed on Maui. We saw multiple sea turtles & a monk seal. If you want clear blue water, you can easily travel to a different beach within about a 15 minute drive. When we first arrived, the room wasn't ready for us, so we contacted Lisa & she was very sorry she had gotten dates mixed up (1st time). She was quick to get the room cleaned while we ran some errands & then it looked great. She also worked with us to make this right by giving us some towels & letting us have a late checkout. We really like supporting the local people rather than the big companies that rent out condos & you definitely get the friendliness & communication that comes with that from Lisa. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful and Comfortable....

Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful, clean, comfortable space with us. Though we didn't get to spend many daylight hours in the condo as we were touring the island, it was always so comforting and breathtaking to walk in the door and see the bright, blue ocean in front of us. The photos were accurate and the front staff was always helpful. We were also excited to win a ticket to Ulalena during the morning orientation at the condo. Your tips for seeing sunrise at Haleakala, your prompt e-mail responses and your staff's willingness to mail us the headlamp we left are so appreciated. We wish we could have stayed more than four nights as we were just getting in a groove. Enjoyed the art in the park on Saturday and a 11 a.m. morning sail with Scotch Mist. We were treated to a mama and baby whale that came very close to check us out. Delicious food and mai tais at Kimos. And we did squeeze in a morning surf lesson the day we departed. Tolvie (Nancy's Surf School in the 505 Complex) was a wonderful instructor and was willing to come in 30 minutes early. Our stay at this gem of a condo was the perfect way to start our vacation(though it was hard to compare the places after this as none were quite the same) and if we would return to Maui we would definitely want to stay at this condo. In appreciation!!!

Lahaina Dream Vacation

We couldn't have been more pleased with the facilities and location. The condo has a excellent layout, and having a second floor balcony provides outstanding views of the ocean. We extremely enjoyed sitting at the table, taking in the sites as we drank our coffee and ate our meals. The pool, hot tub and lounge chairs were first class. Parking is in a lower level garage which is very convient. The extras provided were greatly appreciated - we used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler many times during our stay. We enjoy a combination of activites and downtime and the town of Lahaina offers plenty of choices. Based on recommendations from the staff and concieger we went whale watching, took an evening sail, went to the Elvis Show (very enjoyable) and attended the Old Lahaina Luau. We would do it all again in a heartbeat! Lisa recommended driving to the top of Haleakala (volcano) and eating in Makawao, it's a full day, but worth every minute. The volcano is 10,000 ft high, we broke through the clouds at 4500 ft. what a view!!! Some things to be aware, there is no bar at the pool, no big deal, but that would have been nice. The other is the beach is relatively narrow, but still great for morning walks. We went to several other beaches and we highly recommend beaches north of Lahaina in Ka'anapali and Honokowai which are outstanding. Lahaina Shores was just what we hoped it would be, a first class, quality place to stay.

Incredible stay in Lahaina

Everything about this stay was perfect. After spending some really rainy days in upcountry it was so nice to have some sun in West Maui! Fern at the front desk was lovely at check in. Parking was convenient and cheap!! The studio condo was perfect for us and well outfitted with everything we could need. The condo was spotless, bed was comfy and shower water pressure was great!! We loved being able to walk into town at any time and the 7 minute walk to the harbor made catching whale watching boats easy. Too easy as I may have become addicted to booking myself on any open seat each day!! The giant lanai doors with screens give an amazing view and my whale addiction grew as my hubby and I spent hours watching the whales with the help of the binoculars provided by the owner. The beach and pool area was lovely and clean and the unit is far enough on the south end if the building to faintly hear the luau at the other end but not too loudly. Bonus are the shops right next door (505 shops) with a great little pizza place, art galleries and Bettys cafe. The owner was fabulous and communication was a breeze. She was able to provide us an early check in and we were fortunate to be able to extend our stay a few days thanks to a travel waiver by United due to an impending storm back home.(even the airlines were helping feed my whale addiction!) Even mother nature wanted us to stay as a rainbow appeared as soon as we made the decision to extend our stay! Everything fell into place and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!! Lives up to the description!

The condo was in a great location in Lahaina with beach access from the property. Great layout, space, and storage in the room with all of the things we needed to cook and sit on the beach. The back patio of the property is grassy and quiet with deck chairs, pool, and hot tub all facing the ocean. Parking was reasonable and easy. I would absolutely book this place again!

We loved our week long stay in this beautiful condo. The unit was spotless when we checked in, and it has everything you need. It's so nice being so close to the ocean (you can hear the waves crashing at night), and Lahaina Shores is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, so the location couldn't be better. The owners were so gracious and wanted our stay to be perfect. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach stay

We can't wait to return! The room was spotless, beautifully updated, and the balcony view can't be beat. You're steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants making it both a beautiful retreat and convenient location for enjoying Lahaina. Kaanapali and Kapalua beaches are also within 10-20 min away if you decide to explore additional beaches. The host was incredibly responsive and caring. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our babymoon!

Amazing Unit!!

Everything was perfect…communication…cleanliness…location…we highly recommend this unit for a short stay, but also an extended stay would be great!

A Slice of Heaven

This was my second stay here. Everything, from the sweet ocean sounds lulling me to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds ever, to the abundantly stocked kitchen, high quality beach chairs and umbrella, extra long/thick beach towels, and gazillion-dollar ocean view, was perfect. On my arrival, the entire place was spotless. If you're there around the full moon, set your alarm for a couple of hours before sunrise to watch the moonset over the water - unforgettable! Lisa is a super kind and responsive host and wants nothing more than for you to have a wonderful stay in her condo. Mahalo, Lisa!

Gary & I moved to Maui after falling in love with the island 25 years ago. Growing up in Huntington Beach CA, I'm a beach girl from way back. Gary's from a small town in Illinois and lived in California since he graduated from college. Our only job now is to take care of our condos so our guests have the best experience possible. We enjoy spending time with friends and family, snorkeling, gardening, photography, hiking, local adventures, home improvement and more! We'd love to share our beautiful Maui home with you! Lahaina Shores is the only boutique resort in Historic Lahaina Town. You can't get any closer to the water than this place. It has a quiet beach that is romantic and beautiful, It's amazing to fall asleep and wake to the gentle sound of waves. 24/7 staff with aloha, concierge in the lobby to plan excursions, full kitchen/BBQ so you can relax and dine in or just a short drive to shops and restaurants. Lahaina Shores is not crowded or overpriced like some of the large resorts and is a place to truly relax and take in the Aloha.

When you walk into the lobby you are greeted with the ocean through floor to ceiling windows. With the soft sounds of island music and welcoming staff you know you're in paradise. Guests describe it best. When you walk into our unit theres a giant postcard of paradise, as the whole wall is windows displaying the sparkling blue pacific ocean. Our unit is spacious and renovated in 2020. It is conveniently located so you'll have all the adventure you want, or a great lounge chair if you just need to relax. We're in the historic harbor town of Lahaina - which means the weather is much milder than most places on the island so when it's stormy north or south, it's usually calm at Lahaina Shores.
