This PREMIER SUITE unit #105 is directly OCEAN & BEACH FRONT with unobstructed views just 30 steps from the beach. It is ground floor; no elevator needed, no steps or hallways.
The ground floor location of this Premier condo suite gives you the feeling of a private home. You simply walk out of the floor to ceiling 10 foot high sliding wall to wall glass doors to the soft grass of the pool garden. You are then steps away from the sandy beach. Watch the whales during whale season (November-March) right from your lanai. Gaze at our neighbor island of Lanai, and enjoy the most gorgeous sunset views.
Lahaina Shores is a small boutique landmark Ocean Front Resort situated on a quiet all sand uncrowded reef protected beach.
Come and witness the rebirth of Lahaina after the 2023 fires. We are a 5 minute drive to Kaanapali Beach & Whaler’s Village.
While our condo is offered as private lodging, our guests enjoy the resort's uncrowded amenities; a refreshing swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ's, manicured lawns, and lounges for sunbathing and relaxing.
A reception desk is available for a convenient check-in & check out.
This is a spacious 1 bedroom with a 56 inch TV, 2 bath condo suite that has a separate living room with a 72 inch TV and a queen size sofa/sleeper. It is newly remodeled with 2 private entrances and has a desirable location. We enjoy beautiful panoramic ocean views.
Enjoy the best location on Maui, free of the rain and winds that frequent the resorts to the north and to the south. There is a coral reef about 35 yards offshore that protects the ocean fronting the resort so that all may enjoy the swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking just steps from our condo.

We and our 3 year old loved our stay. It was the perfect reset! The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked for cooking. Being on the first floor, just steps from the ocean and drinking morning coffee looking out at the whales was an incredible experience. We felt so lucky to stay in Lahaina 3

We are thrilled that you loved your stay, and especially thrilled that you got to see the whales! Our favorite times of the day are morning coffee on the lanai gazing at the ocean to see what the day brings & cocktails on the lanai watching sunset. We agree, ground floor, ocean front is the best ❤️

Huge room, beach access, 2 baths. Only issue we had was the power went out the night we arrived and was off for 22 hrs.

This unit is our home away from home thanks to the Stratton's, the team they have to help and the staff at the resort all made this trip special. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, It was unfortunate we were unable to use the pool etc due to the storms. Counting the days until we can return.

The condo was very well equipped down to the beach chairs and umbrellas. Very spacious living area and bedroom. Clean, comfortable beds. Updated appliances in the very well equipped kitchen. Super close beach access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location!
We really enjoyed walking to restaurants and to the shops from the room. The first floor is great for getting to and from the beach. we had a great trip and would stay here again.

Great condo and location
This is our second stay at this condo. Location is perfect. Bed is comfy, fully equipped with high end kitchen pots, pans knives. We love it!

This stay was the highlight of our week in Hawaii. Lahaina Shores is in an absolutely breathtaking location and this unit is perfectly located and beautifully appointed. We watched whales from the patio and drank coffee each morning watching the sun light up the pacific. It was so nice to be on the first floor and feel like the beach was right outside your door. The unit has everything you might need and is incredibly comfortable. Kitchen was incredibly well equipped as was the entire unit. Everything was perfectly clean. Host communication was great. Just an amazing stay - we wish we had been here for our entire trip.

Well appointed, conveniently located.
This unit was very well appointed, and conveniently located. Simply walk out the patio doors and you are steps from the pool and beach. With the doors open, all you hear are the gentle crashing of waves. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

Family Getaway
Great location. Condo had high ceiling which made for impressive view. Plenty of space for our family. Had a great time relaxing and enjoying the surf. Thanks you Chuck and Nina.

We had a most wonderful stay in this condo. Communication with the owners was easy, receiving swift replies. The staff was always available, friendly, and courteous. Check in was easy. The unit itself was not lacking anything, loved the easy access to the beach, which we felt like was our backyard, nice to have A/c, but also had a great breeze come through on lots of days when we had a nice ocean breeze. The property is well maintained, and clean. Having our ‘own’ coconut trees and beach was wonderful! Not busy or crowded as other beaches. The hedge could be a bit lower so we could have a better view but not a deal breaker. Overall, this would be one of the best condos we’ve stayed at in Maui and would love to return here one day!

Our family has been traveling to Maui for many years. When we decided that we wanted to spend more time on Maui we started our condo search. Certain criteria had to be met; ocean front, ground floor (no elevators or hallways), lower density, the best weather on the island (Lahaina, more sun, less wind and rain).
Well, we found it all, and we are happy to share it with vacationers who will also appreciate the best beach front location in Lahaina, and in the best weather on Maui.

We chose this condo for its LOCATION!! The setting is on a semi-private all sand beach which is over 1/2 mile long. It is less crowded, and there is no waking up early to reserve a lounge chair before the crowds.

Benefits of our condo include a large master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 large flat screen TV's, free high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, new tile floors, etc. It is very clean and newly remodeled, and enjoys the perfect location. Since this is our second home, we are constantly improving the unit for our comfort which benefits our guests.
