We had been very excited to stay based on the description, but so saddened to arrive to a home with dirty floors, mouse poop in bedrooms, no safety features like a smoke detector, and insufficient basic supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, enough seats for the size group the home claimed to accommodate). Multiple "bedrooms" lack appropriate egress to exit in an emery as they are fully internal and you walk through other bedrooms to get to them, and the 5' high window into another room is not a legal safety egress for fire exit. With this in addition to no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors, plus portion of the building that were having ongoing electrical failures of either completely not working or repeatedly tripping the breaker, we were anxious about staying here with children or being asleep in the building.The owner was not very responsive in the app, but faster via text. They do not seem invested in this property and were more focused on having the neighbors watch us than addressing the issues with the property.
