This place is immaculate, very nice and private cabin. Only thing is if you are bringing a boat you will want to rent a slip at the Pennisula Marina 5 minutes down the road. I really enjoyed my stay.

For future guests bringing a boat, we do have plenty of room on the property and are always happy to direct you to parking beside the barn, where there is additional space and easier turnaround. Peninsula Marina is also a great nearby option for anyone who prefers to rent a slip. Port Oliver boat ramp is just 2 minutes away and it’s the BEST ramp on the lake! We‘d love to have you back.

Great location and super quiet for a nice little getaway! Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Great communication with the host as well. Definitely will want to stay here again!

A very nice and quaint cabin in the woods away from the highways. Everything is clean with up to date styling. I would definitely stay here again!

This truly is an exceptional property. The host was extremely timely with responses. The property was very clean, inviting, peaceful, our first day there, I sat on the porch, just to take in the view! We couldn’t have asked for anymore. The kitchen is very well equipped, we enjoyed more than one meal and also checked out the local recommendations. My husband and I highly recommend stopping by Rusty’s. Would we visit again, absolutely. And I would not hesitate to recommend this property to any of my friends and family. It felt like home. Thank you

Super clean, lovey cabin! It has everything you could need and the comfort level is beyond what you would anticipate. Feels like a home verses a rental.

Cozy as advertised and offered seclusion to enjoy the wrap around porch any time of day. The one bedroom one bath layout was spacious and appeared very recently renovated if not new. Well appointed with cozy lake motif. Nice kitchen arrangement in open great room. Had all the necessities for a full functioning kitchen. Check in was simple and the Host was attentive and responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely go back! 10/10

What a cozy, beautiful cabin in a peaceful neighborhood. The host, Tonya, was wonderful and very accommodating. We hope to be back in the area one day, and we will look to stay here again.

We are from TN. We love spending time at Barren River Lake! A beautiful area for hiking, boating, fishing and more. We also enjoy local restaurants like Paradise Point, Rusty’s Lakeside Pub and Page’s Pizza!

Our neighborhood is one of the best on the lake!!!! It is clean and well maintained. Lakewoods Cabin is nestled on 5 wooded acres with nearby trails and lake views. Port Oliver Boat Ramp is less than 2 miles away!!
