This one bedroom apartment with Murphy bed pullout was ideal for our needs. It was super nice and cozy and just minutes from everyone we needed to see while we were in town. Thank you for providing such a lovely experience for us.

This is the second time we have stayed there and we have loved being there! It’s very close to downtown Wayzata, easy walking distance to restaurants and the lake. Loved the heated bathroom floors, that was a major plus.!

Beautiful stay

We loved being so close to restaurants and bike trails! Lake Minnetonka is gorgeous and everything was so accessible to this property. Would stay there again.

Very clean and cozy. We appreciated that and the little touches and kitchen gadgets as well. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants and the lake.Highly recommend

Tv in living room would not connect to the Internet so was uselessTv in bedroom was also loosing connection at times.

The property is in need of some care and attention. There are lots of scuff marks on the walls . It would be really helpful to have guidance on how to use all the appliances , most properties we have stayed in have a folder with lots of helpful hints. The toilet brushes need replacing ! Sadly we had noisy people staying upstairs who seemed to wear hobnail boots. Several nights of disturbed sleep mean we will not be returning on next trip to the area.

Great apartment short walk to downtown Wayzata

We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and charming with a nice big bedroom for my wife and me and a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed for my daughter in the living room. All the appliances are new and it feels freshly renovated. Before our stay, I was concerned about a lack of light because it is a walkout on the lower level, but the light turned out to be fine. A short walk from downtown Wayzata, it was perfect for us as we were visiting my parents who live downtown. For basic living, you don't even need a car. Very walkable. Finally, the host Adlon was very responsive, as was the housekeeper Ingrid. Their service was above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them!

Awesome location, beautiful, newly redone house

Short walk to downtown Wayzata--lots of restaurants, beautiful beaches, nice shops. Interior has beautiful new bathrooms, lovely new kitchen counters, new stove. Quiet neighborhood.

Hi David, I appreciate you leaving feedback! My home is indeed a no-smoking property, as I do not allow personal friends, relatives or guests to smoke in my home or on my property. I unfortunately had a guest stay that was smoking on the premises. I am very sorry that this was your experience. As you can imagine, I am also very distressed by the situation. I have taken every possible step to ensure that the property will remain a non-smoking property and I have had the home deep cleaned. It is my goal to provide guests with a stay that is consistent with the listing.

Perfect spot by Lake Minnetonka

I stayed for several nights with my children and was perfectly happy with our experience. The apartment is adorable and has been decorated with attention to every detail. Location is perfect—in a quiet residential neighborhood yet just a short walk to the lake or to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the beach in downtown Wayzata. The owner was so helpful that even though she was out of town, she sent her mother to check on us and help us resolve an issue we had. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals, but I have never experienced such true hospitality before. I look forward to staying again.

Perfect Stay

From the time we booked to the time we left everything was great. We loved the house and it’s location. It’s a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was clean, comfortable and adorable. Adlon was always available.

Charming

This is a great location! It was perfect for me and 2 teenagers. It’s was a lovely apartment that had everything we needed. Shops and restaurants close by and the lake and restaurants right around the corner. Perfect!!

Great, efficient, pet-friendly property in a fabulous area

Although this is a smaller space, the space is very efficiently laid out. We very much appreciated it being a pet-friendly property, as well, as we love traveling with our dog. Addie's mom stopped by and filled us in on the hotspots of the area. That was incredibly helpful. Thank you!
