We offer accommodation for groups of 1 to 40 people with affordable and comfortable amenities perfect for singles or a group of people looking to do reunions or wedding parties. This unit is on the main floor has 19 beds (10 Queens, 3 doubles , and 6 singles). If needed there are 3 two bedroom condos upstairs. The building is right across the street from Flathead Lake with a great central location in town. Within walking distance to the Kwa Taq Nuk Resort, Flathead Boat rentals, downtown Polson, several public beaches, restaurants, and bars. Great views of Flathead Lake and at least three mountain ranges including the Mission Mountains. Property comes fully furnished with washer and dryer, kitchen, two baths, 2 refrigerators, and an outdoor grill. All sheets, towels, pots and pans, everything that you should need except your toothbrush. There is a private day use boat dock across the road.

This was perfect for us. No frills, easy access to everything, owner was friendly and helpful.

Great for larger groups who just need a place to sleep.

Wonderful!

Our family enjoyed meeting at this location. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the condo. We enjoyed being close to Flathead Lake.

Great place for our group

Clean. Well equipped. Location worked great as a base camp for our day trips exploring the area. Enjoyed the access to the private dock on the lake. Overall a great place.

Just right

The place was just right and worked out very well. I recommend to any large group. Lots of places to sleep, kitchen worked great, and the place was clean. Dale was easy to work with and knowledgeable of the area.

We will be back

We had a wonderful time at Flathead Lake. The accommodations were perfect we will definitely be back to stay again. The Lake is right out our front door just across the street. He had a private dock so we swim every morning and night and watch the sun come up & Sunset. The beds are great plenty of room for our group. We loved our stay

Great place

This place was perfect for our weekend in polson! We had 15 girls for a bachelorette party. It had more than enough room an the dock was awesome! No one complained about noise, an dale was always reachable. He responded to every text right away. Highly recommend for any big groups!

Family Get together

Overall was nice inside. Had everything you would want for cooking and sleep. Down fall was parking was tight and if you don’t know the area, it’s right on busy high way. Does have a nice dock you could utilize but we didn’t want to play frogger. Went to city park which was great and. Near by.

In town for a wedding

We really enjoyed our stay! Our host was very quick to communicate and greeted us at the door with the keys. The house had everything we needed and all the kids were so excited to stay in the same room with their own queen bed!!

Bachelor Party

Rented this space for a bachelor party! Good place if you want to sleep a large amount of people. The only negative thing I will say is that if you have boats or multiple people with vehicles, parking is a nightmare. Besides that it was great for the 14 guys that stayed.

thought the ad was a bit misleading.

It says there is 5 bedrooms but there is only 4 and one of those is accessed thru another bedroom. what they are calling a 5th bedroom is just an open space at one end of the kitchen. we made it work but not what we were expecting. Access to the dock was great except that the road that it is across from is Highway 93 and there is a lot of traffic so a bit of a challenge to get across sometimes. realized when we got there why there are no picks of the outside area. there's just the parking lot. The grill was nice but was out of gas the first time we went to use it. Luckly one of the people with us had a tank with them. Dale got it filled the next day. He was great to deal with and very helpful. The lake was great and we probably will come back again to that area but I'm not sure we would rent this place again depending on what else was available.

Fabulous stay!

This house was perfect for what we needed with a big group of multiple families. There was plenty of space and Dale was great to offer recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful way to experience Polson with friends

We loved our time here. It was a friend gathering of 16 and Dale was incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is fantastic, perfect walkability to downtown and across the road from the water. The amenities and cleanliness of the place was top notch. Definitely recommend for a large group. Thank you!

Perfect for large groups

We had our wedding at a venue in Polson and booked this place for our bridal party and it was absolutely perfect. So many beds! A full kitchen with an extra fridge (perfect for all of our cupcakes!), two full bathrooms, and an additional TV room with a table and a couch. Super clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location

We had three families (total of 13 ppl) share this VRBO and had a wonderful time. The location and VRBO was exactly what we needed. Dale, the owner, was so nice and accommodating. He went out of his way a few times to help us with additional requests and always came through. The house is on a main road but it wasn’t bad as we were still able to sit outside and the lake was right across the street. He has a private pier for his VRBO residents where we were able to swim, watch the sunset and fish off of. For the inside of the house there were two private bedrooms and two other large rooms that had multiple beds. In one room each of our 7 kids got their own queen size bed which they truly enjoyed! He had several small eating tables set up though out the house though it would have been nice to have one large table set up in the kitchen area for the whole family to sit at together. Plenty of kitchen supplies, nice bathrooms, washer/ dryer, lots of towels, small TV room, but spacious overall. The house was clean but you could smell that pets are allowed in the VRBO. The VRBO has all your basic needs so it was perfect for what we needed and Dale was the perfect host! Definitely would stay here again.

Located right on the lake front, with a lake access dock!

The bedroom with the 4 single beds can only be accessed via the bedroom with the one queen sized bed, so keep that in mind. We loved the washer and dryer being there so we could clean up after family get-togethers around town and after being in the lake.

Born in Missoula, Montana. Undergrad was from Arizona State University and an MBA degree from the University Of Montana. Have worked in or started over 24 businesses. Worked in both Africa and Russia. But you can't take Montana out of a Montana kid so I've lived in Montana most of my life. Main business now is real estate. For western Montana I am a great source of information pertaining to anything from restaurants or things to do or see.

This is one of the few properties in Polson or on Flathead Lake that can accommodate a large group of people. Upstairs I have three two bedroom condos. This unit, which is the main floor of the building, has 19 beds just itself. So if you are planning a family retreat, a wedding, have a soccer team or baseball team, or just getting together with a group of people this is a great facility to rent. all self contained and private it is far better than more economical than renting rooms in s motel.
