The Space:

Spacious lakefront living and beautiful water views set the tone for this thoughtfully designed home, located within a quiet, gated community on Lake Oconee. With over an acre of shoreline, the property offers privacy, space, and a setting that makes it easy to enjoy lake life at a comfortable pace. The home is conveniently located near local attractions, including The Village at Lake Oconee, the Ritz-Carlton, golf courses, and a variety of restaurants.



Upon entering the home, guests are immediately greeted with lake views. The open floor plan features a large lakeside dining area that flows naturally to a spacious deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The main level includes two bedrooms: a well-appointed primary suite with lake views, fireplace, sitting area, and spacious bathroom, along with a second guest bedroom with nearby bath access.



Multiple living areas throughout the home provide space to gather or unwind after a day on the water. These include comfortable seating areas with TVs, a ping-pong table, and a piano. Every TV in the home is pre-logged with Netflix, Hulu + Live TV, Disney+, ESPN, HBO Max, and Paramount+, making it easy to relax together in the evenings. The main floor great room features large windows, a fireplace, built-ins, and coffered ceilings, and opens directly to the kitchen.



The kitchen is well equipped with a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, oversized island, ice maker, pantry, and ample workspace for shared meals and entertaining.



The upper level offers additional guest accommodations and flexible living space, including a recreation area, kitchenette with sink and mini fridge, and two oversized bedrooms with private baths. The terrace level adds even more versatility, featuring a large family or game room, a second full kitchen, two additional bedrooms (one with an en-suite bath), and another bathroom. Lake views can be enjoyed from nearly every level of the home.



Additional features include a three-car garage, laundry room with updated appliances, Sonos surround sound system, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Outdoor living areas include a large deck with multiple seating areas, a BBQ grill, and an expansive backyard leading to a private upgraded dock. Guests may inquire about pontoon boat and jet ski rentals available for an additional fee, located directly at the dock for easy access to the water.



The home is well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen essentials, and cookware. Toiletries, including shampoo, soap, and conditioner, are provided in each bathroom.



Please note: pets are not permitted, smoking is not allowed, and parking is limited to the garage and driveway only (no street or grass parking). Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including:

- Private backyard dock (Only watercraft rented through the host can be docked at the home during your stay)

- Deck and backdoor patio overlooking the lake

- Driveway parking

- Boat and jet ski rentals are available for an additional fee at the backyard dock

- All major streaming platforms are included and logged in for guest use

- This is a lakefront home; supervision is recommended for children near the water and dock

- Only watercraft rented through the host can be docked at the home during your stay

- Guests must follow all lake and safety regulations
