Summary:

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The backyard offers a pool with waterfalls, hot tub, grill, 3-hole mini golf, yard games, patio seating and lounge chairs. Inside we offer several spacious sleeping accommodations, huge TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and a home gym. Our unique home is in the heart of Altamonte with shopping, restaurants, and activities very close by. Orlando attractions are just minutes from the home, as we are conveniently located next to i4. Come stay with us!



After your reservation is confirmed there will be a link to a rental agreement stating all the house rules that are posted on this listing.



The Space:

The master bedroom boasts a King Bed, 65" TV and an on suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub, water closet with shower and toilet, closet, and a makeup vanity.



The guest room has a queen bed with 47" TV and closet. The bunk room has four twin bunk beds with 47" TV and closet.



The main living are has an 85" TV, LED fireplace, ample sofa seating, a futon, and a dining area that seats 8.



The backyard has a large pool with waterfalls, hot tub, 3-hole mini-golf course, cornhole, patio furniture and a grill.



The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, new appliances, and a cloud ceiling.



The garage has been remodeled into a personal gym and laundry area, with dumbells, resistance bands, washer and dryer.

We loved the house. It had a cool 70s vibe but didn’t feel cheap, like so many of the faux-70s houses are. The hot tub was delightful and all in all it was a wonderful place for our anniversary staycation.

We had multiple family members from 21 years old to 76 years old with 2 dogs staying here and had a great time. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable with a fabulous outdoor space. It was also very close and convenient to the event we were attending in Winter Park.

Property was nice and clean and pictures matched what was found in real life. We have a great time hanging out at the place and really enjoyed the pool as well as the other activities in the backyard (putting green, cornhole, connect 4). The hot tub was not operational (so make sure you ask if you're expecting that) but we weren't planning on using it. Toiletries were stocked aside from shampoo and bath soap. The place was child friendly with the inclusion of a pack and play. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. Any issues we had were addressed super quickly and the place was very well designed and decorated. Lots of room for everyone and even my little French bulldog granddog had a great time running around the pool and watching the squirrels. Loved the workout and yoga equipment that was provided and enjoyed morning yoga on poolside.

Brent was extremely easy to communicate with and made our last minute trip to town very accommodating. The home is decorated so beautifully and beds are so comfortable. We enjoyed our time here.

Lots of space and well played out. The back yard is amazing and welcoming. Conveniently located to the mall and grocery store. Great open space and the beds are super comfortable as well as the pillow!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The home met all our expectations, it was clean, comfortable and the host was super responsive. Most importantly our fur baby was welcomed!

The house we stayed in was very lovely and the weather was impeccable when we were there. The home is located a short distance from an amazing Italian restaurant called Cafe Murano and a half hr from Orlando. Our host responded quickly when I had a question, and I forgot my computer and they contacted me right away and luckily we were close by to come and get it.

Had an exceptional family vacation staying at Tropical Paradise in Altamonte Springs FL. Grandkids and family enjoyed the great outdoor features with pool, golf, & bags. Well-equipped and nicely decorated house had everything we needed for celebrating Great Grandma's birthday weekend!

What a Great PLACE!!!

This house is an amazing little retreat! It had everything we needed, house was clean, organized and easy to navigate and Brent could not have been more accommodating and easy to work with. The convenient location was also such a great bonus!

We had a really great stay overall. The property was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described, which made settling in easy right away. The lake view was definitely a highlight—it added a peaceful, relaxing feel to the entire trip and made mornings and evenings especially enjoyable.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which always makes a difference. Everything we needed was either provided or clearly explained, so there was no confusion during our stay. Parking was also simple and convenient, which is something you don’t always get.I’d absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay, especially if you appreciate a nice view and a smooth, hassle-free experience.

The house was lovely and just as pictured! The host was great with communication and coming to help with the few things that we had come up. The house needs a deep clean but again, the host was great to respond to that. The kids were disappointed that the room with the bunks smelled so heavily of fumes from being freshly spray painted that they could not sleep out there. That is something that will dissipate with time. Overall, it was a great stay and I can tell the owners take pride in their house and making sure their guests feel welcomed.

You have a beautiful property. I realize we are at the start of the season and pool service is probably weekly. However none of my household wanted to get into the hot tub or pool. Both need to be shocked badly. That is until the last day. We did get to spend part of the last day in the pool. However a heads up on someone (pool maintenance) wandering in the backyard would have been nice. Very nice property and we very much enjoyed all the fun little touches. Thank you sincerely!

This was a great week long vacation for me and my adult children. We loved the pool hanging out in the pool and it was quick and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Only negative was the parking. We had 3 vehicles (my kiddos had their vehicles too). That was a little tight. But the house was great and very clean. Check in was very simple. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely vacation here again.

The property was just as pictured. Everything was marked from light switches to drawers so you knew where everything was. The pool and lawn serivce is great. The housekeepers could just pay a bit more attention to animal fur and hand prints was the ONLY drawback. Laundry service is nice and equipped. The neighborhood is going through updating and is centrally located and quiet. Neighbors say hello. The guests always responded and quickly. Would stay here always when coming to town.

Love the details

Overall, this was a great home base during our time in the area. The large living/dining area allowed for lots of hanging out in the same space. The backyard with pool, grill, and corn hole was also a hit. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during our stay; that was a bit of a disappointment. (the host did try to repair it, but it could not be fixed during our stay). The decor is fun, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated how everything was labled and easy to find/use. I do feel like the hosts tried to think of all the little details to make it a great vacation spot.

Other than dog/cat hair everywhere, the overall property was very impressive. Although, contact with the host was extremely poor. I was told I could extend an extra night but then told last minute somebody else booked the day we attempted to stay, due to the host not competing the process on their end. We asked 17 hours in advance to extend the stay and was told yes, just for us to not hear any response from the host almost a whole day later. Will never be staying here again

We are extremely grateful and pleased with our stay. The advertising was portrayed perfectly! It was cozy, elegant, spacious, and classy. The beds are a little hard for my taste, so if you prefer softer beds I recommend bringing a mattress topper like we did. The pool is beautiful, along with everything in the home. The fans are great along with the AC. Communication with the host was polite and quick, something my family and I appreciate. Overall our stay was amazing and we will definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay. I really appreciate the host being so accommodating and available. The home is beautiful and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to expand the concrete for additional parking. We had 4 people with their own cars and it was a little uncomfortable. But everything was great. Thank you!
