For insurance and liability purposes, all guests and any pets accompanying your stay must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. Be sure to allow extra time to get downstairs for pet breaks. Please pick up after your pet. A waste station is conveniently located near the beach path. Rockaway Beach is very pet-friendly, but as of now, there’s no dog park—just a big, beautiful beach to enjoy (on leash)!

Please note: there are 22 stairs from the garage level to the condo.

Nice location, We knew in advance that there would be stairs, it certainly would have been nice, however if the elevators had not been out of order. Excellent access to a wide, beautiful beach!

Clean, great location and fully stocked. There were even toys available for our dog! Communication was also great. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our second stay. Hope to stay again. Good location. Good amenities. Clean and very comfortable. Well supplied with necessities. I apologize I forgot to start the dishwasher on the day we departed. But did get laundry started.

The location could not be better….steps to the beach. Yes, there are 22 steps up to the apartment, but a landing after every 7 steps. We are in our upper 70’s and had no problem. Very comfortable and fulfilled our all needs. Lots of everything was thoughtfully chosen. The owner even arranged for sunshine nearly every day. Truly above and beyond

We had a wonderful time. Condo very nice but we do have a suggestion. Some kind of curtain or shade for the front room window Hopefully your elevator gets repaired soon

We've intentionally left the ocean-facing window uncovered so guests can enjoy the beautiful views and natural light, though we understand some guests may prefer additional privacy or light control. For future guests, we do note in our listing and pre-arrival communications that there are 22 steps from the parking garage to the condo so everyone knows what to expect before arriving. Clean and well supplied with an ocean view. We loved the location, reasonably close to other coastal towns, without being in the chaos of town. Great access to the beach. Communication with the owner was great.
