There is a clubhouse with a pool, first come first serve boat slips, on-site open boat storage, and a boat ramp.

Little Red is a one level home and has two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a well equipped open kitchen with living area. Head out to the screened in porch to relax in front of the wood burning fire place, watch a little TV, or do some grilling after a full day on Lake Martin! If you're an outdoor adventure type, this home is located close to some AMAZING hiking trails located just off of Highway 50 so bring some comfy shoes.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
This is a no-smoking property.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
Please clean the grill after use.
Exterior cameras may be in use.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed, beds stripped and a load of towels started in the washer before departure. Trash dumpster is located near the dry boat storage as you exit the neighborhood.
