Overall, the property was very nice inside. Outside, the property could stand a few renovations for the rotten wood, light fixtures, and grill area.

GPS takes you directly to the home. I didn't realize the home was so close to neighbors, but the neighbors were so friendly and were not a bother at all. The home was very clean. Bathrooms come with towels, hand towels, and hotel style shampoo/conditioner/soap (We did not use these products, we brought our own). There is 1 shower (No tubs) in each bathroom. Although the home is only 2 bedroom/2 bath, it has AMPLE room to spread out. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and they are VERY comfortable. If I were to stay in this home in the winter, I would have requested additional thicker bedding, but since it's summer, the bedding that is on the beds now is fine. The sheets felt like clouds! There is a brand-new washer and dryer that is in the master bathroom that we used 1 time. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes to cook with and eat with. All main appliances (they all look brand new), and even a few small appliances are included (Wine opener, microwave, small crock pot) For some reason, the dishwasher would not turn on and we were unable to get the outlet to work at the dock for us to plug up our boat battery. I do believe this was due to a breaker, not faulty outlets. Neither of these were deal breakers for us & I notified the owner as we were leaving. My family and I really enjoyed staying here, it was very quiet, and peaceful!

This was the perfect spot for a peaceful weekend. The pictures really do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. Another perk is having the new market, Ricky’s only five minutes away for anything you may need in a pinch. 5 stars all around!
