The lcoation was fantastic and the room had everything we needed. The quality of the space was quite a bit run down. The communication from the host was not great either. We never got a full answer to any of our questions. We were told that we could drop our bags at 2pm but the entry instructions were provided an hour later and only after I directly inquired. No check in was ever provided.

FTL Beach Stay
Older building, but in good shape, great location, clean property, good value accept we had one issue NO HOT WATER in Shower! Reached out to VRBO with request for property manager to address during our stay, did not receive any response from VRBO or Property Management.

Warning: Terrible Experience with Hidden Fees, Mold, and Horrible ServiceI strongly advise against staying at this property. My experience was completely ruined by hidden costs, terrible room conditions, and awful management.Hidden Fees: The ad for this property is completely misleading. Be aware that while they claim to accept pets, they fail to mention substantial non-refundable pet fees upfront. On top of that, there is a 30 daily parking fee that is nowhere to be found when you are booking.Mold & Mildew: Upon checking in, our room had a very intense mold and mildew smell. I actually took pictures of the mold because the condition of the room was so unacceptable.Terrible Customer Service: Instead of enjoying what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, I spent almost an entire day waiting on staff to address the mold issue. They falsely claimed I wouldn't let staff into the room, offered a room change, and then immediately backtracked and said no rooms were available. I had to request a manager multiple times before someone finally called to give us a new room at 5:00 PM.I wasted precious vacation time dealing with unhelpful staff and dishonest billing practices. I will never stay at this property again and highly recommend avoiding it.
