We did our best to assist during your visit, including walking you through the thermostat settings by phone and providing clear instructions at the cottage. The duvets are standard weight, but we understand comfort preferences vary. Since your stay, we’ve repaired the screen door and replaced the scissors. With the cottage surrounded by trees, leaves can fall quickly this time of year, but we do clear them regularly. The property description notes that the river is located just down the hill, which many guests enjoy for its privacy and scenic setting.
