This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, Roku TV .Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes toHarry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. Easy highway access. Taxis, Uber ride are under $20.

Absolutely incredible stay. Kitchen had everything I needed and more, great space and beautifully set up, TV had different services to choose from, and lots of space! Plenty of easy parking right outside the home if needed. House was very clean. Close to everything which was so nice. Highly recommend!!

Very clean. Great location! So close to the airport, and very convenient location to enjoy Las Vegas. I loved the king beds in every room and they were very comfortable. Thank you for the great stay.

Host provided all access info well in advance of our stay and even allowed us to occupy the unit early. Bedrooms were good size and each had a nice king size bed.

Great place!

This place is a bit of a drive off the strip, but the house was excellent. Lot's of restaurants in the area etc. Great stay!

This was a great place for my friends and I, highly recommend. The property was clean and a great location. The neighborhood is very nice and even a neighbor said “good morning” to us. Close to the strip.

We’ve stayed at several Vrbo homes in the past and this one was definitely one of the best! The home was spotlessly clean, and the online pictures don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person. The hostess was kind and flexible, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this home!

The description and pictures were exactly what the property looked like. The host was amazing and thankfully was able to make accommodations with us when we needed to stay another night. Communication was quick and reliable.

Perfect Stay

Great place! Very clean and quiet. Our event was at South Point so we loved the 5 min Uber ride compared to the lengthy commute from the strip. Would definitely stay here again!

Vegas bowling trip

This was a great place to stay. We where in Vegas for a bowling tournament very clean house, all beds where comfortable, plenty of linen. Only bad thing the neighbors dogs where up every day at 7:30 am. I would stay at this house again !

The property accommodated our group perfectly. We were in town for the USBC held at the South Point which this close proximity made it perfect.

Very nice home.
