We loved the property and that it was a quiet beach location, we didn't have a car so we had to urber places, there was a couple of small restaurant/bars that we did walk to.Overall, we would stay there again, and the place was beautifully decorated and updated.

Our family had a wonderful beach trip. The condo was on the 1st floor so it made it easy for us to carry our stuff up when we were notified that they were working on the elevator the day of our arrival. They finally fixed the elevator the day before we left to go home. The condo had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing! The area was wonderful. We loved going to the beach. The restaurants and ice cream shops in the area were great.

Beautiful beach and pool. Walkable to restaurants but able to cook in fully stocked kitchen. We loved it!!!

working with the host of this condo went very smoothly. Always very quick responses. The condo was very nice and loaded with everything you need. It is an older building, but kept up very well. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great location and had basic amenities to starts. Manager was easy to work with and great at quick communication. Had washer and dryer which was a bonus!

Close to the beach

Nice amenities some area locations still repairing and rebuilding but this place was nice and great communication

Apt 102 was absolutely beautiful clean and spotless. Everything we needed toMake our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Minutes to get to the beach

Kids Spring break

Great vacation. Location was perfect. Condo was great and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean. Elevator worked fine no issues but stairs were close to our place so we used those most of the time. Loved that codes were needed to gain acess to the stairs. Sunsets were amazing! We loved our stay!

Home away from home

The condo was fabulous and feels like home away from home! The kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch and/or dinner (pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils, and plates). The washer and dryer also make it very convenient for our family to pack lightly and do laundry. I know cooking and laundry do not sound very vacation-like, but it sure makes our stay so much easier and worth our long travels.The best part about the condo is the…LOCATION! There is nothing better than being steps away from the beach and using the pool with beach views. This year, the pool was still being repaired after the last hurricane, but it was days away from being opened and they worked on it the whole week we were staying. The condo is minutes away from Clearwater, St. Pete’s, Tampa, Largo, and St. Petersburg. I love that there is plenty to do within 15-30 minutes when we can pull ourselves away from the beach.We have stayed at San Remo (in this exact condo) multiple time. This is our first time with this new owner/property manager and everything was just as smooth and easy. I could easily continue my review for the property, condo, and property management. Our family looks forward to staying in this condo every year.

We enjoyed the condo. Pretty much had everything we needed. We did not cook any meals but it looked like you would have everything you needed. The condo is on the 1st floor by the road but we could not hear anything and slept well. It was easy to get to the beach and it was not crowded. We had our own beach equipment but they did have a closet full of stuff for a family. We would definitely go back.
