Relax in this beautiful, architect-designed new house. Enjoy expansive 180-degree views to the south and west, including spectacular sunsets and incredible foliage. Immerse yourself in the scenery, go hiking out the door, swim in nearby Hobbs Pond, or take a 10-minute drive into Camden to enjoy food, art, shopping, and the ocean. This area is a mecca for outdoor and cultural activities.

The house has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a great room with kitchen, dining, living areas, and a deck.

The house feels even bigger than it is because almost every room is filled with spectacular views. The entire house is yours. It is furnished with modern and mid-century style decor in a soothing, restful palette. Relax and be inspired by the views, the space, and the garden. In summer, the deck is furnished with a table, chairs, and a grill; there is a fire pit with four chairs in the yard.

The house is set on 12 acres teeming with wildlife. We see deer, turkeys, and birds daily. Without public transportation, you will need a car to get around the midcoast area. There is parking for 3 or 4 cars, and there is a 120v outlet near the driveway for electric cars (slow charge).

We like to give people privacy. We live next door, so we are available to help if needed, but you'll have plenty of privacy because our house is about 150 yards away with a copse of trees between the houses. You may see us out walking on the property, taking care of the landscape, or plowing, in which case we will check in and say hello. We are happy to offer recommendations for outdoor and cultural activities and places to eat and shop.

We will take care of snow removal and sanding in winter, but snow tires are recommended for your car. There is a snow shovel on the property in case you need to do a little shoveling around your car.
