5 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath 3500 Sq Ft House! Pavement all the way to our house.Our house sits on 227 feet of lake front in quiet cove off Linn Creek Cove MM 31.New Private Pool in May 2015 and New Hot Tub! It has a large private yard with a “ NEW” Concrete Dock. 2 well boat slip #1 - 12x26 , Slip # 2- 12x26 and 1 PWC Lift. Private swimming pool and Large Hot Tub . Also great swim platform on New Concrete Dock. New Lake Patio with fire pit at waters edge.

Ozarks Family Vacation

This was our first time to the Ozarks and the home we rented was fantastic! Very clean, updated, private. Great pool and location! Plenty of room for our family of 10. The owner was very informative and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again should we vacation in the Ozarks.

Great Amenities & Great Location

Our family of 12, seven adults & five children thoroughly enjoyed everything about this property. The pool, hot tube, & lake were all top notch, and the home itself was everything and more that we thought it would be. Beautiful location with scenic overlook on a quiet cove. Mark & Pam were very easy to deal with, & we would definitely stay here again when visiting the Ozarks.

Beautiful well-constructed property and amazing location

Every room was beautiful and good-sized. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and dining area and it was large enough for everyone. We spent time in the enclosed top porch, in the open-air bottom porch, in the living area, and a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. Access to the lake was perfect. We rented a boat and would recommend anyone do that for the full lake experience.

Perfect Place to Call Home for the Vacation

I must agree with other reviews, the photos do not do the property justice. The pool/hot tub area was great even though our weather was not favorable. Awesome pier set up with plenty of room for our boats. Mark was great with the communication. We did not have many people, but the home definitely could comfortably host multiple families. We had deer visit every evening in the backyard and loved everything about the property. Hoping to stay at this awesome home again in August.

Great family spot

We were very pleased with the property. The pool, hot tub, grill and appliances were in great shape; the house was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the three season room overlooking the water. Instacart was able to deliver to us and the property was relatively easy to find.

Just BOOK it!

You can’t go wrong! We loved this place so much. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ages 4-12. It was perfect for us. Home was very clean! Pool, hot tub and dock were amazing. We brought our fishing supplies and hung out on the dock a lot. Boats have to turn off their engines in that area so we felt safe with the kids in the lake. We brought our paddle boards and took them out. Mark communicated arrival and check I it great! We didn’t need anything while we were there and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Annual LOTO family vacation!

After staying at the same location for the last 35 years, it was time for a change!! We have found our new spot!! This home is Beautiful!! Very clean and inviting. We loved the quit location and spent many hours in the pool and hot tub enjoying the beautiful view and making memories. Mark was a great host! Great weekend!

We were looking for a chill location away from the busiest part of the lake and this place was perfect! The view from the deck/pool was incredible and the heated pool and hot tub let us enjoy it at night too! Pictures don’t do it justice, it was a beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 11 adults. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

Great family vaca at the Linn Creek Oasis!!

The glowing reviews aren't wrong, the pictures online do not do justice to the house or outdoor spaces! Mark is a fanastic, communicative, and responsive host. From Grandparents, in-laws, teenagers, and newly-minted 4 and 6 year olds, everyone had an absolute blast for our summer family vaca. My east-coast pool-kids fell in love with jumping into the lake again and again. Even the grandparents had no trouble taking out the jet skis and putting it back on the lift. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we will be returning in the future! Thank you Mark!

LOTO family vacation

This house on the lake was a perfect set-up for our family group of 10 adults & 5 littles. Everything was clean, well-maintained & provided plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool & hot tub were in use always & kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows down by the dock & swimming in the lake. Our host was very responsive to any question we had. Would highly recommend this beautiful home to all- we hope to return again next year!

Great Family Vacation!

My family of 12 just stayed at this property the last week in June and it was an absolutely terrific experience! So much great space, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit with all. The sleeping arrangements worked out well and provided privacy and time away from the large group when needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, utensils and cookware, which was important for us as we eat all our meals in. Everything was super-clean and the dock and swim area was also big hits for the family. Mark was a great host and kept in touch with us throughout. This was a great experience for us — our family is already asking us to book for next year!

Annual Ozark’s trip

The pictures do not do this house and property justice. When we pulled into the driveway and got our 1st look we were is awe! The house, the pool & the view are top notch! The kitchen was perfect for our group! We had 11 people and we had more then enough space. We would 100% stay here again! Working with Mark was simple! You won’t regret your stay!

Beautiful and QUIET!

We stayed in October for my 50th birthday with a small group of family and friends. The photos in the listing don’t do the house justice. Mark has done more updates to the house since he listed it such as new concrete steps to the dock. From the time we decided to book this house to the day of checkout Mark was in communication. The cleanliness of the property was first class and the sheets and towels were nice as well. Plenty of room for the 9 people staying, everyone had their own room. The three bedrooms downstairs share two full baths and the upstairs bedroom has a 1/2 bath, so they share the master suites shower if they need one. The pool is absolutely stunning and the hot tub is large enough to fit 6 adults comfortably. We spent most of our time sitting on the spacious dock using the swim ladder and the jet ski lift( we brought our own jet ski) it rained for a bit every day, so the covered dock was nice to sit under when the storms came. Our last night we lit a fire in the fire pit and sat by the water gazing at the stars. The cove is super quiet and not busy like other sections of the lake. I don’t typically repeat rentals as I like to experience different properties, but I will most definitely be renting from Mark again.

Amazing vacation home!

Mark was a great host! Everything was top notch and better than we imagined. We have never stayed on this end of the lake and it was beautiful. Relaxing weekend with most of our time in the pool which was just what we wanted. We hope to return next summer. Thank you for having us!

We have always loved the Linn Creek area and over the years have spent many a day skiing and wakeboarding or just relaxing on our boat in this area and we love The Fish for lunch and dinner! We love swimming in the quiet cove. Great view from pool and lakeside patio!
