This place was by far our favorite place we’ve ever stayed in the keys! The property is massive and has plenty of space for boats and trailers. We thought it was two big houses but it’s actually like four separate condos. Having our own separate places was great! We loved staying here and would go back in a heartbeat! Also the sunsets are amazing.

This property exceeded our expectations! We had 2 families with a total of 14 people ranging from 8 months to 50 years old and everyone had the BEST time. We docked 3 boats and the dock was perfect. There is no water on the dock so be prepared with a wash down in your boat to clean it but otherwise, we had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely responsive going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!PS - Check out Dockside next door. Wish I had a Mango Margarita in my hand right now! :-)

Family Vacation!

Perfect house, beautiful sunsets, boat dock was convenient (kid's loved fishing off the dock), great location - loved it! Wonderful homes for a family vacation! We'll never forget it!

For the price this place is great!! We stayed as a group of 14 in both houses. Houses were clean and appointed with all the necessities. Beautiful sunsets every night. Location is right next door to 2 restaurant/bars - convenient for a quick bite or a tropical cocktail and the bars close by 10 each night so no late night noise (although the inside the houses is quiet!!). Only recommendation is to add a heater to the pool - the water was chilly for our wimpy kids.

Amazing sunset view

Wonderful week spent at both houses at this lovely property. We swam, dined and most of all.... enjoyed the gorgeous sunset view.

Excellent location in Key Largo

The location is ideal, on the water with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. The property is very well maintained and has many communal areas for family to gather. We loved it so much we made reservations for next year. Highly recommend!

Great property

property was close to lots of entertainment, everyone loved the accommodations, the Manatees swimming just off the dock every morning was great to drink the morning coffee too, the overall view was spectacular.

Key West Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these two houses. Each family had their own "suite" with kitchen, dining, decks, etc.

Family getaway

A beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the sunset! This is a great place to stay for a large family group. You have your own pool between the houses and own dock! Close to John Pennekamp state park and tons of restaurants! The host was great and makes check in and out an easy process!

Wonderful place for family to gather.

Lovely property. Close to restaurants and grocery. Loved the dock for fishing and watching the sunset. We rented paddle boards and Kayaks- great access. Everything need to dine in. Plenty of room for all 15 of us to gather.

Key largo Paradise

We have been staying at this property for years. We have a big family, both kids and adults and every year it gets harder to leave. Location, setup and views are as good as it gets!

Nice place

We rented both houses for a family reunion with 20 adults; most staying the full week. Very pleased with the place and the service during the week. (From trash pickup to cleaning up the pool after a big storm). Highly recommend

Great multigenerational rental arrangement.

We had a large family group ranging in age from 2-83. The set up was great to accommodate everyone and leave separate space for smaller groups. The majority of time was spent on the top deck of the house closest to the water which had phenomenal views and was a natural gathering spot for the gorgeous sunsets.

Yearly family vacation to Key Largo, FL

My family group along with a family of close friends, we have going a summer vacation as a group (18 to 20) for somewhat over 10 years. This double home was great for our group with a swimming pool. For a large group, this home should be looked into. Terry

Key Largo Family Trip 23

We had a fabulous time! The accommodations were actually better than advertised. We had a 2 year old and a 16 year old any every age in between. There was something for everyone, the beach kept all of the kids endlessly occupied. The kayaks were such a great opportunity, someone was out everyday, usually twice a day. Great family getaway.

Family Time

Every year our family comes here for a week to catch up and spend time together. The great thing about this place it is basically like having 4 separate houses all together. Each unit has it's own living room, dining, kitchen, and balcony. Some have 2 bedrooms, Some have 3 bedroomsSo when you have had enough family time and just need a break you have your own place go back to. It is located between 3 restaurants that you can walk to, 2 with entertainment. Plenty of things to do right here or close by. Perfect location for families
