Welcome to Sea La Vie! Unit 606— your home away from home inside Mariner’s Club, Key Largo’s favorite place to stay!

This spacious 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse offers over 2,600 sq ft of comfort, privacy, and resort-style living. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked, it’s the perfect space to relax and reconnect. Whether you’re sharing meals, watching a movie, or sipping morning coffee on one of the balconies, you’ll find everything designed for comfort, ease, and connection.

{} Occupancy & Community Rules

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total — this includes all adults and children over the age of 1.
One child under the age of 1 may be added to a reservation of 10.
(This is a strict Mariner’s Club HOA policy — no exceptions! If you’re unsure, please ask before booking.)

Master Suite: 1 King bed (w/ en suite bathroom)

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds (w/ en suite bathroom)

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 4: 1 Full bed

Additional: 1 Sofa bed

Sea La Vie isn’t managed by a company — it’s personally maintained with lots of TLC. I take great pride in preparing the home before each stay to ensure its clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. I believe it's all in the details!

{} Hassle-Free Check-In

Your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate payments or arrival-day errands. Some owners require checks upon arrival, but we handle it for you! Your vacation begins the moment you enter the gate.

{} Parking & Policies

- Limit 2 vehicles per reservation

- 3rd vehicle only with valid handicap placard & pre-registration

- Only registered guests may access the community and home

- Security cameras on site (including Ring doorbell)

- Government-issued ID required for guest verification

- No smoking / No pets (due to highly allergic owners and guests)

- Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR

- Short-term rental agreement must be completed before arrival (names & ages of all guests required for security access)

- Reservation must accurately reflect the number of guests in your party
