I was very pleased with the accommodations, as well as the location. The gym was phenomenal, and comparing it to a hotel room wasn’t even close. I loved having a living room area, as well as a kitchen and all the necessary cookware. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed in a convenient location to the Branson Convention Center and the Landing.

Loved our stay! It worked perfectly for our needs. Property was clean well stocked and even had snacks and coffee pods in kitchen. Safe area and close to Downtown Branson and Branson Landing. One of the lightbulbs in bedroom lamps was out, management was prompt and replaced. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Branson and this condo is located conveniently close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Had the weather been warmer we definitely would have walked to all of our destinations.

It led you to believe that there was an indoor pool which there was if you wanted to go across the road a fitness center. I also thought we were getting a 2 bedroom. I wouldnt do it again.

I always struggle with responding to this type of review. We want all of our guests to have a great experience and I'm sorry you did not. I have to say that your review is really unfair. We didn't lead you to believe anything, we stated clearly that there is an indoor pool. This is a resort and it has an indoor pool, a gym, a dock and an outdoor pool. All of those things are within a 45 second walk of your condo. You don't have to cross a road, you cross the parking lot. It is literally a 30 second walk. The listing clearly states at least 3 times that this is a one bedroom. Nowhere does it indicate in any way that this is a two bedroom condo. The fact that you made a mistake is not a reason to give the property a negative review. On top of all of that we allowed you a late checkout at no charge. I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay.
