The location is great. Bass Pro and the Landing are only about 4 minutes away as well as Historic downtown. It has wonderful water pressure as well!

We would definitely stay here again, great unit! Check-in was smooth and great communication all around. Pool and property grounds were clean and well maintained. Family-friendly and location was great, easy access to downtown and The Landing.

We needed a place to stay in Branson for a quick anniversary getaway. This place was just what we needed! Incredibly close to everything, 2 minutes from the landing. Very clean and comfortable! The hosts were very communicative and helpful! We definitely would stay again!

We stayed before the pool opened in the spring. It's a great location for walking to the show and down to the landing. if you want to fish, it a great little spot and there are plenty of blue gill for bait. This is the second time we've stayed at this mini resort and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. If you want to be close to the landing, this is the place.

Our stay was excellent! We were greeted with a very clean room! When we noticed we were missing games they were at our door within a few minutes! Overall had a great time in such a beautiful condo! Would definitely stay here again!

Dave was an amazing host! His communication was super fast and helpful with every question we had. The condo was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy with clear instructions. We had a great stay and would definitely book with Dave again!
