Includes a heated pool and spa, fast WiFi, and TONS of outdoor space. The best palm desert getaway! Comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, hammock, bocce ball court, and everything you need for a perfect stay in the desert.

Main House
- Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
- Living Area: Spacious and stylishly decorated living room.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.
- Climate Control: Brand-new heating and AC unit for your comfort.
- Amenities: Large TV, exercise bike, dedicated workstation, and fast WiFi.
- Views: Enjoy stunning views of the desert landscape from the large windows.
- Outdoor Space: Massive backyard with a heated pool, hot tub, professional bocce ball court, hammock, and BBQ.
In-Law Suite
- Private Entrance: Separate entrance for added privacy.
- Bedroom & Bathroom: Includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Pool House
- Brand-new 2 bedroom, 2 bath pool house.
- Outdoor Kitchen: Fully equipped with a bar.
- Entertainment: Fireplace, TV, and a comfortable seating area.
- Additional Amenities: Enjoy the same luxurious touches as the main house, perfect for extended family or friends.

- Centrally located in a fantastic neighborhood just a stone’s throw away from all the shopping, restaurants, and nightlife you could ask for. The property offers breathtaking views and is the perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert.

El Paseo is a quiet and charming shopping area in Palm Desert. Tons of wonderful shops, restaurants and nightlife. A wonderful oasis in the middle of the desert.
You can walk to the downtown area of El Paseo, but a care or Uber/Lyft is needed to get anywhere else
Please note these details before you book.
Maximum nighttime occupancy – 8
Maximum daytime occupancy - 10
Cars permitted at anytime – 3
No smoking indoors.
No outdoor music at all.
Quiet Hours are 10pm - 8am.
POOL HEATING: A $1,500 deposit will be collected after you book. At the end of your stay we will send you the gas bill and the remainder of the deposit.
Pet fee is $500 per pet, up to 2 pets allowed.
**By City of Palm Desert, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city.
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. No more than 2 adults or children per bedroom (6 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours.
5. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 8pm and 8am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Desert. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
- Guests are expected to turn off the gas to the BBQ, fire pit, and hot tub when not in use.
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
Please note that pool cleaners come every Tuesday and Friday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Monday, so please don't be alarmed if you see them during your stay.
