Great 2-1 in convenient location close to beach and shops/food on Diamond. Clean and nice fenced in back yard for our med-leg dog. Safe, comfy and would stay again for sure. Zero complaints.

Another lovely stay at Diamond Street

This is our 3rd stay at the Diamond house, and it suits us perfectly. We love the location, and the home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We'll be back!

Great location!

This place is great for a small group or couple. Walk to the beach. Stocked kitchen. Great amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Great Find in Pacific Beach

Two bedroom, one bath house with a great backyard within walking distance to beach and lots of shops. Neighborhood is very quiet considering it is just a few blocks away from Mission Blvd. In the early morning you can actually hear the waves crash from the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Well situated in Pacific Beach in a nice residential neighborhood. House is well organized with an efficient use of space. Great onsite parking for two cars and a fenced backyard. The management company was responsive and communicated very well. No complaints. I would book again.

Wonderful stay!

Cannot have been more pleased with our experience. Not only was the rental itself amazing, it had all the amenities needed, with extras like beach chairs and boggie boards etc... Also, the web-browser based app worked great for any questions we had.(arrival, check-out etc...) We'll do it again!

Truly Amazing Beach Home

This is the most amazing little beach home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood while being blocks to the main strip and beach. We loved the private backyard, the beach toys, and AC in each room. The owner has a lot of pride in this home, everything is immaculate!

Great cozy beach house!

The house was very cute and cozy! Nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There is a cute shed with a beach wagon, sand toys and chairs! We had a great time and we sad to leave.

Cozy, beautiful vacation home.

Cozy home looked just like the pictures! Location was within walking distance to many eateries and beach. Quiet neighborhood and private backyard was a welcomed plus for our small dog. Parking was great either in front of the house or the back assigned spaces. We would definitely come back to this beautiful vacation home.

Awesome vacation home!

This home was a perfect location for visiting our son! It had nicely landscaped front and back yards, a gas grill and was within walking distance to the beach and stores. The home was very well equipped—even had a salad spinner! It is situated in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and also provides beach equipment. We hope to stay here the next time we are in Pacific Beach!

Ideal location close to everything !!

Perfect little house in quiet suburban neighborhood but within an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Clean as a whistle with all the necessary amenities. This one is a winner!!

Nice home with lush private yard close to beach

The house is well appointed with everything we needed for our getaway to the beach. We enjoyed how close the house was to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The private yard was lovely for enjoying the cool breeze, and keeping our dog safe. We also appreciated the private parking in the back. Thanks for a great time!

1133 Diamond - Very nice.

Small home in great condition. Very livable for 5 days. Location for us was perfect - one blk from our kids/grandkids. Big backyard with lots of stuff for us to do outside. Would rent again.
