Spacious Condo at The Ledges is perfect for 3 families or large groups.
Recently renovated: new living area flooring, couch & chairs, air conditioner, granite counters, 42" cabinets, corian bathroom vanities.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings & loft area.
Large deck with a spectacular main channel & cove view with two tables, seating for 12. NO GRILL AVAILABLE
The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful, tropical dishware, variety of pots, pans & bakeware.
3 bedrooms are on the main level: Master bedroom with a king bed, TV & full bathroom (tub/shower) & private access to the deck; 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Another full bathroom is located in the hall.
Upstairs is the second Master bedroom w/ queen bed & twin bed, w/ TV & private full bathroom (tub/shower).
Loft area has 2 queen beds & a large TV.
Full sized washer & dryer with laundry detergent provided.
ITEMS SUPPLIED:
We provide a starter amount of toilet paper (2-3 rolls/bathroom), 1 spare roll of paper towels, 10 kitchen trashbags. If you anticipate you will need more, please bring additional amounts.
Hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel in each bathroom.
Kitchen: dish detergent & liquid dish soap, dish towels, 10 kitchen trash bags, 1 extra roll of paper towels.
Towels, dishes & silverware for 12 guests.
Pots, pans, baking trays, 13x9 pans, large serving bowls.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is a top floor condo & must be able to climb stairs to enter (1.5 flights from the parking lot level). The Ledges doesn't have elevators.

We had 3 families on our trip. The kids all stayed upstairs, which was great! It was a great location with pools and a small beach. We had a great stay!

Beautiful Sunsets

Great place to stay with family. 2 primary bedrooms was a major plus. Pool and beach on site. Location is close to many adventures.

This was the perfect place for a 'bigger' group, the hosts were fabulous and super responsive. Location on the Lake was ideal...we would stay here again!!

The stay was nice except we had to continue to reset the hot water heater in order to have hot water. The outside grill was dangerous and flamed up but everything else was nice and I would stay there again.

Girls trip to the lake

Great location, comfortable beds, excellent view from the deck at sunset. Well equipped, host was quick to respond when WiFi needed to be reset. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for an extended weekend with 9 people.The condo itself was very clean and had plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was stocked better than expected, there were plenty of towels, extra trash bags, ice trays ready to go, great Wi-Fi, and Roku on every TV. We loved the amenities (2 pools, a beach, a fishing dock, and seeing deer, ducks, turtles, and chipmunks throughout the property) Check-out was easy with only a few simple tasks. Elise communicated very well before and during check-in, and I felt confident she would have quickly resolved any issues.The biggest downside was the strong smell of marijuana outside around the property. The condo complex also seems to need maintenance. Several stair boards were loose, and one long board had completely fallen down and remained there all weekend despite maintenance staff being around, which was concerning. Parking could also be difficult, as Lots 1 and 2 were often full with cars with no parking passes, so we frequently had to park in Lot 3 even though we had parking passes. The hot water runs out quickly, but spacing showers 30 minutes apart helped.Overall, we had a good stay. The condo and host were great, but the property’s maintenance and parking could definitely be improved.

This is a great property with a really good central location for things to do. The property manager was 2nd to none on responses and information. I would highly recommend this place to any type of group gathering

Great location

The property was nice and clean. We enjoyed the water while we were there. We rented a boat and had a great day. We brought our own beach towels. It was a great time to all meet from Michigan, Indiana, Kansas and Missouri! Thank you for sharing your place!
