Highly recommend if visiting Versailles or the surrounding area. Location was very close to downtown Versailles and a beautiful short drive to Woodford and Castle & Key Distilleries (and The Stave restaurant). House worked perfectly for our group of 3 couples, and Lisa was a fantastic host!

Best house ever. Clean rooms and great kitchen with all the cooking equipment. The outside patio setup was amazing with the seating, firepit and tv. Check in - out process so easy. Lisa was the best host and even get us great suggestions for places to visit during our trip. We will definitely be back and staying in this wonderful house. Thanks Lisa!

Great stay on Bourbon Trail!

Recommend staying - house was in a great location amongst horse farms and bourbon trail! House was very nice with recent renovations and property manager was very accommodating.

Wonderful visit to Versailles, KY. Lisa is an amazing host who makes sure you have everything you need. This home is beautiful, clean and had all the amenities needed and more! Would rebook this listing and highly recommend!

Lisa, the host was great. She went over and above to make us feel welcomed. It was a lovely home and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. It was in a great location and had plenty of room for our girl's get-away. If visiting this area again we would stay here again for sure.

We had the absolute best time- The kitchen is fit for a chef - The showers and the water pressure are amazing. The house is set up for a group stay which is exactly what we were looking for. Lisa was the absolute best hostess ever. We are booking again for next year, it was that fabulous!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights the last week of July and good not have stayed at a better place.Location was perfect and so was the interaction with the property owner.Great job!!!

The house is gorgeous. Very spacious for gatherings but still allowing for individual spaces. Comfortable sleeping. Huge kitchen although we did not cook:). Our host was helpful in locating restaurants and the check in and out process was very simple. Would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying again.

This is a great house in Versailles. The next time we need a house in the area, we will try to rent this place. It is easy to access (on the main road into town), and close to downtown (several interesting shops and restaurants). Note that the driveway and access is on the side street which makes it easy to get in and out, avoiding any traffic on the main road. It is well furnished, with quality bedding, towels, etc., and the kitchen is well stocked with basic food items and equipment. It is very close to a professional kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms are comfortable and restful. The living room is welcoming and relaxing. The woodwork (trim) is very impressive. The host is friendly, quick to respond to any questions or issues (we really had none), and made sure we had a great time at their place. There is a nice covered patio area for relaxing and for the kids, there is a playground. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. For those with mobility issues, there are 4 steps up to the entrance and 3 of the 4 bedrooms are up a full flight of stairs. The living room is down a half flight of stairs and laundry is in the basement (another half flight down from the living room).

Perfect from beginning to the end. Easy to book, great communication from start to finish I Easy to check in and Lisa even met us there to make sure. Everything was fresh and clean. Lots of towels. Plenty of things to do in the area and so much space within the house and the properly Lisa was always available as needed but never a bother. She could not have been a more perfect host. Highly recommend her and the area for a great weekend getaway or a nice week long vacation.

Great house! We had a family vacation on Bourbon trail and other nearby attractions. Lots of lovely woodwork and antiques in this house! We had everything we needed and more!! Lisa was very welcoming and answered all of our questions! My only comment is there are a lot of stairs. Fine for younger folks, but us old folks not so much. We did have a bedroom and very nice bathroom on the first floor , as well as the kitchen and dining room. Lots of seating on the patio! Thanks Lisa!
