Situated on a scenic highway, this tastefully remodeled and decorated cottage is centrally located near Keeneland Racetrack, prominent thoroughbred farms, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park and historic Midway. It features two bedrooms, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, large, bright sunroom, laundry and covered parking. This quiet getaway can comfortably sleep 6 with one queen bed and two full beds. Three miles from I-64, this cottage is minutes from Bluegrass Airport. Whether you are visiting the bluegrass area for a special event or for interesting sites and relaxation, this location is great.

The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. Many essentials stocked including coffee! The house had a musty odor, which wasn't too appealing. Beds were very comfortable. Address not prominently displayed and there was a lot of junk around the house: tarps, hoses, buckets filled with water, etc. Very close to downtown Midway, but not on a walkable street. Check in and out was a breeze.

Lovely horse-country location that was an easy drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. The home was spacious with everything we needed-and more.

This was our second stay at this property. The place is quiet and cozy. Mostly clean. Linens and towels very clean. They provided coffee pods for the keurig and cream in the fridge. There weren’t enough kitchen garbage bags, but when asked, hosts provided extras by leaving a box outside the door. A couple of things needed attention but were taken care of as needed. Hosts mostly kept to themselves, allowing us to be at the house without a lot of interaction. Good location to local attractions with the quiet peace of the countryside. Enjoyed our quiet stay. Will return in the future of the property is available.

It was just the two of us, but the house could easily accommodate 4 or 5 people. We appreciated the plentiful and high quality towels, the beautiful estates nearby, and the cleanliness.

Very nice, clean, comfortable place. We were visiting our daughter who is attending a local college and the location was perfect. Host was very quick to respond with a couple of questions. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Quiet, cozy, beautiful little place in gorgeous Kentucky. The hosts were wonderful with communications, and stepped up to help when we had a medical emergency. House was cozy enough for a 2 person getaway, but also ample room for a family or group. I hope to go back one day for a nice getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was very clean and well stocked. We were in the area for a wedding at Merefield Farms and this was the perfect location with only being 10 minutes away! We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the Lexington area!

Lovely Cottage Rental

Very nice fully stocked cottage. Located in beautiful Horse Country but convient to KHP and Keeneland. Walkable to Wallace Station for a great meal. John and Carol are excellent hosts. Would definitely stay again.

This family drove a long way to a Kentucky Horse Park event. They cared for our cottage as if it were their own. We would welcome these lovely folks any time. They are ideal guests.
