The condo was immaculate and the beach and the pool were perfect! Best vacation spot for our family!

The house was super nice and clean and being on the first floor was super convenient to walk right out to the pool or the beach. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our family and friends. Great relaxing vacation!!

Lovely condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was stocked with everything we needed and it is located in the heart of downtown. Beautiful place and surrounding area- thank you!!

Great, convenient place!

We enjoyed our stay here! One minor thing is the roosters that woke us up at 5am but wasn’t as bad once we closed all the windows on the second night (could still hear them but not as loud)

Sorry about the roosters. They try to catch them and relocate them. Maui has a problem with wild goats, deer, boars, cats and roosters. They all seem to thrive here. You just missed Maui’s winter, it is 10 degrees cooler today! Thank you for staying with us. Aloha, Laurie

Anniversary trip

Condo location is perfect. 2 minute walk to beach, food and entertainment . Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Owners super nice. I would definitely book this Condo again.

Excellent property.

The unit had everything needed, was very clean, and well maintained. Proximity to the beach and various establishments was excellent. The Kai Nani complex facilities were great and we met lots of vacationers who also enjoyed the complex. Great place.

Clean beachfront unit in excellent location

We had a seamless self check-in process and enjoyed our stay close to delicious restaurants, beaches, and all of our activities! Unit was spacious and clean. Thanks for a great visit, would recommend again!

Good place to stay

The property was beautifully flowered and maintained. There was adequate off street parking, nice pool, clean shared barbecue and close proximity to a nice beach. Traffic was occasionally heavy but manageable. All in all, an excellent place to stay.

Ultimate Location, great condo, perfect spot for quiet getaway.

We loved the condo and were so pleased with the location, it is a walk to some of the best beaches on the island. Grocery stores, great coffee and restaurants all close by. The condo itself is quiet, everything we needed for epic beach days was provided. We would stay here again on our next trip for sure and have already recommended it to our family and friends.

Enjoyed our vacation in Kihei

Condo was perfect for our vacation home away from home. Really appreciated the location close to beaches, shopping, surf lessons, massage, and good food. Condo was clean and had beach chairs, umbrella and coolers available for our use. Mahalo, Laurie and Bill!

Great location, good host. A bit dated

The location is fantastic! Across the road from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. The only minor negative is the property is a bit dated and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Great location in the heart of Kihei!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again! The trade winds blow so nicely through unit that we hardly used the a/c at all. Just a little FYI- the bed is firm! Can’t wait to come again!

Excellent location, well equipped condo.

Nice, clean, everything we needed. Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Quiet comfortable condo with the exceptions of the roosters. Loved all the amenities after long days at the beach or exploring the island.

Just as advertised. Very well equipped. Great complex across the street from our favourite Kihei beach. Friendly and promptly responding owners. Enjoyed our time!

Everything you need and so close to the beach !

Great condo ! Steps to the beach , you don’t even need to wear shoes unless the black top is hot ! Several restaurants very close . If you stay here and need to rent snorkel gear go to Auntie Snorkel they have the best prices .
