Amazing!!

Loved the location, very central but out of the way of busy beach goers! Within walking distance to nearby resorts and snorkel spots! The view is fabulous and the bed was so comfy! Kitchen was fully equipped too! Would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very well cared for and the host was very friendly and good to work with. The location on Seven mile beach was good and convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Cayman.

Great place on the beach

Great times at the Sundowner! Place is stocked with anything you can ask for. Communications were friendly and timely. Would highly recommend. It is one of the best places to stay on Seven Mile Beach.

Seven Mile Stay

Jayne is wonderful to work with. She is super responsive and helpful. Check in process was easy. She met us on arrival to get us oriented and answer any questions. She even accommodated some late adjustments to our schedule. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Lots of thoughtful extras like tea, cocoa, coffee and breakfast bars. Plenty of beach and snorkeling gear as well. The condo and property were as described. All in all, a lovely stay and host!

Perfect

The property was absolutely beautiful. The host was very responsive. Enjoyed the quiet of the north side of seven Mile Beach, but we’re able to get around the whole island with a car. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. We would be happy to come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful stay

Relaxing stay with amazing sunsets

Beautiful beachfront condo! Short drive from airport, restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Beachfront was so nice and private. Loved snorkeling and seeing turtles right out front. Sunsets were amazing! Hope to be back in the future!

Wonderful stay

Condo had everything we needed as a family of 4. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Beach was amazing with calm water, nice sand and snorkeling. Area felt very peaceful. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect with amazing view and crystal clear water!

This is one of our most favorite vacation places ever. The condo was perfect, clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view was unbelievable. The beach was beautiful with soft white sand and the most gorgeous crystal clear warm water. Paradise!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was straight from Heaven located right on the beach in a peaceful spot on the north end of Seven Mile Beach. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Our host Jayne was exceptional and took care of every detail. I wish every host was as wonderful as her! Hands down our favorite VRBO rental ever because of the location and host.

Cozy Condo on the Beach

Jayne was a great host! She was very responsive and provided helpful information about the location of the condo and availability of grocery stores on the day of our arrival. The convenience of accessing the beach without the crowds was the main draw for us as a couple. If you’re looking for a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, but still accessible to restaurants, this is the place for you! We definitely recommend a car for your stay so you can explore the island.

Peaceful

Beautiful walking beach with stunning views from the room (which was very clean). Wished it was a little closer to a store but then it would not have been as peaceful so next time I would rent a car.

Beautiful Stay!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the most relaxing time. The condo is beautiful and the photos in the listing don't do it justice. Communication with the host, Jayne, was always responded to quickly. It's a pretty quiet area, and we didn't hear any of our neighbors. We loved having the loungers and umbrella right out in front of the condo. We even saw two new turtle nests! Thank you, Jayne for a fantastic and relaxing trip. We will definitely return.

Super relaxing stay in beautiful condo

You truly can’t get closer to the beach. This quiet and well-maintained condo sits right on the north end of Seven Mile Beach. So easy to just grab a chair and umbrella and enjoy the relaxing beach. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with everything you need. The washer/dryer are a huge help as well. Jayne was so helpful before and during our stay. Cannot wait to come back!

Perfect vacation place on Seven Mile Beach

I was a little worried about booking this place as it was a new listing, but I am glad I did. The place is perfect. It is located in a very convenient location within 5 min drive from everything., has a private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can snorkel right off the beach and the host provides some snorkeling gear, as well as beach towels. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation and feels like home. Host is very responsive and offers advice on all your needs Our vacation was perfect.

Amazing location!

We were the first renters of the unit and it's better than advertised. The unit is in a small, quiet complex on a beautiful section of 7 mile Beach. Umbrellas, chairs, floats, snorkel gear available for use. Unit is renovated and has an amazing Direct ocean front view and balcony. Short walk to the Kimpton. Easy communication with the owners. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Stunning views

Jayne was very helpful from the beginning. She even let us drop our luggage off early so we didn't have to drag it around. The condo has an amazing sunset view with swimming and snorkeling right outside your door. The condo was equipped with everything thing you could need for a happy hour or a full meal. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. But yet only minutes to SMB and West Bay for all your activities.

Location with a view

The property was clean and well kept. The location was perfect as we were able to get to everything we wanted to do within 15 minutes. The view was incredible (just as pictured in the listing). The snorkeling gear that was provided was well used and allowed us to hit the water as soon as we arrived. The host responded quickly to inquiries. The only issue we had was with the TV not working consistently as it seems the WiFi is spotty at best - not really a big issue since we were rarely in the room and had an international plan on our phones. All in all a great stay and hope to return in the future.
