We had a wonderful stay at Mission Beach Casa! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax after long days spent enjoying the beach. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing Mission Beach getaway!

Everything was perfect! The location is great. 1.5 minutes from the beach, close to a ton of restaurants, stores and the airport. We brought our dog and enjoyed having close proximity to a small park for potty breaks and of course the boardwalk for bike rides and walks. Plenty of beach items were provided and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a beautiful beach house.

We had a wonderful family stay over the New Year. The property was really excellent, comfortable and spotlessly clean and in the best location right at the heart of Mission beach. Our host provided excellent details before and during our stay, and was super responsive with the 1 or 2 questions we had. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a great Mission Beach/San Diego trip.

The place was very new and very well outfitted. Having a full, accessible garage at Mission Beach is a real advantage, plus the place is just a couple of houses from the beach. Comfy beds, lots of towels. Being the top floor is also great for quiet. We would happily stay there again.

Great location, clean property, and responsive host! Overall really great experience - the location is unbeatable. 30 second walk to the beach and boardwalk and maybe 2 minutes to Belmont Park. So much to do within a 15 minute walk for families with young kids (under 4) Would highly recommend.

Amazing location with a 30 second stroll to the beach as well as walkable to the Mission Beach entertainment area. House is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredible with communications.

House was amazing! Even closer to the sand than I expected! Host idea: perhaps provide a description of house (colors etc) and better alley description as we got confused and ended up knocking on the wrong door

Fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at William’s Mission Beach Casa and it was a fantastic experience! Communication with the owner was smooth and timely. They provided clear instructions on check-in and check-out! The host even provided great local attractions nearby the location of the home. The property is exactly described in the listing. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy San Diego’s beach charm! I will definitely be coming back next time when I am in the area!

Perfect Location for beach and Belmont Park

Brand new everything. Good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The bunkbed has a trundle so sleeps 3. Comfy sofa with a large TV. The remote has the volume buttons on the side of the remote, which took us longer to realize than we would admit. Great water pressure. Having stayed in other Mission Beach homes this one has a good size garage that will fit a standard sized car. In unit laundry was convenient with all the standard amenities provided. They have beach chairs you can borrow. Host sent detailed instructions and expectation ahead of time.

This rental is an absolute 10/10! It was perfect! William was amazing and very quick to respond with any questions we had. The space is beautiful and so clean. The beds were so comfy. We loved the patio chairs and hanging out there. The TV is huge and the couches were very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc! This location is also amazing, 2nd floor was perfect for privacy, very quiet, and about a 30 second walk to the beach. AC units kept the space nice and cool. We really enjoyed the stay and are very thankful.

This place is located a few steps from the beach….absolutely amazing. The honor was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A perfect place for our party size. We had 4 kids and 3 adults. Communication with the owner was great. The experience was memorable and would definitely return.
