House was great, fantastic location and clean. We could not get the lock to work upon check-in and the hosts would not respond. Hosts should be available during check-in time. We could not lock the door for our entire stay. Other than that, we loved our stay.

Renter was responded to within 10 min via phone and text. Deadbolt was jammed- something we did not anticipate. Lock has been replaced. Renter sent a message “all good” so we did not send the locksmith to replace the lock during his stay.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Did not need to contact the hosts for anything. Walked to many places. Safe area. Beach is so close and there are chairs, beach toys, bikes, etc. in the garage. We had a Jeep Grand Cherokee rental car and it barely fit in the garage - it was tight in length and width but doable. The rooms each had king beds, adjoining bathrooms and they were nice and spacious. We had 7 adults and a baby. The sofa bed is not suitable for an adult but could work for a child. The kitchen had everything we needed.

The location was outstanding. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach and all the restaurants near by. The house was nice and we really liked that all bedrooms had king sized beds with thier own bathroom.

The view from the top deck is wonderful. It is a bit crowded with all of the furniture, but it has everything you need to sit outside and eat or just enjoy the firepit.A few of the wall plugs did not work, not sure why. I should have mentioned it to the host. The vacuum in the downstairs closet has a broken plug as well.The rooms are spacious and the beds are all King which is great and the layout adds a level of privacy for multiple groups staying there. All in all, we enjoyed our week very much.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to Belmont Park. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

There were 5 adults, and our time there was memorable, wish we could have stayed longer. We rode the bikes, walked the beach and sat out on the deck, read and even took a cat nap! Perfect vacation

Location, location, location!!! Short walk to the beach, plenty of room for our family of six, had all the kitchen amenities for our bbq one night, enjoyed the beach bikes, surf boards, sunsets on the balcony, and were within walking distance of many fun places to eat.

Great House - Great Location

House was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and you can't beat the location! I would rent this house again.

Great Beach Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. Very clean and comfortable for our family of five. Patio is great for ocean views. We hope to return, the location was perfect!

Beautiful place to stay in the less busy part of Mission Beach. Quiet neighborhood, near restaurants. Thoroughly furnished and outfitted property with large, comfortable beds.

This place was well stock with beach toys and towels and beach chairs. The beds were super comfortable. This was overall a great vacation.

This property was so beautiful! I read a previous review that said the home was 87 steps from the beach and they were not wrong! We enjoyed the bikes, the boogie board and the fire pit all while enjoying a lovey house with such amazing views. The host communicated everything perfectly and we would stay again in a heartbeat. It was just such a great property our entire group kept raving about it.

Perfect location and perfect house

Close to everything, airport just minutes away. Walk to beach, Starbucks, parks, dining and entertainment. All appliances and plumbing is A especially laundry units. Loved our stay at this beautiful home.

Location can’t be beat

We went for a staycation and had an amazing time. The location can’t be beat - steps to the beach, near markets, coffee, and restaurants. The parking was really handy and everything in the house was roomy and so comfortable. Perfect for a quick (or longer) getaway. Will definitely stay again!

While the weather didn’t cooperate, the property allowed our family (including 3 couples in their 20s and 2 grandsons under 2) to hang in the living/kitchen area during periods of rain and access beach or boardwalk on a short 2 minute walk. Same walk to coffee or market! Parked 2 rental cars inside garage, making it safe and simple to leave strollers etc. without worry!

Great Ocean Beach stay

Very comfortable. Loved the ocean views. Only thing that was tricky was getting in and out of garage with an SUV - but we managed.
