Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $300 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Trip Cancellation & Travel Insurance Program options available for purchase when booking a stay not less than 30 days before check in date.

Cabin was nice. Clean for the most part. The Hot Tub was not so clean. There was some sort of dirty film or mud on the inside of the Hot Tub along the sides. Which was odd because the description said it was drained and cleaned before our arrival. Other than that it was a nice, spacious getaway

A quick call to maintenance upon arrival could have resolved this issue. We kindly ask that you contact us directly in the future so we have an opportunity to address any concerns during your stay, rather than leaving a poor review without giving us the chance to help. Our tubs are drained, thoroughly cleaned, and refilled prior to every stay. We also have dated and time-stamped photos documenting that the spa was perfectly clean before your arrival. Please note that after using the hot tub, the sanitation cup must be placed in the tub when you are finished for the day to help maintain proper sanitation. Additionally, showering before entering the tub is important, as body lotions, oils, and other products can cause a foam ring to develop on the water. We take cleanliness and our guests’ experience very seriously and are always happy to address concerns promptly when they are brought to our attention.

Cobwebs and dead bugs still present and mouse poop in the corner of the living room but overall was clean. If it rains during your stay the basement gets wet by the door.

Beautiful cabin and a great location! The cabin felt secluded yet only a few minutes from 33. The host had great communication, making for an easy, weekend getaway.

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect two night stay for my husband and I. We took our dog as well. Cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very communicative and made the check in process a breeze. We would love to check out other properties they manage, it seems like they have a lot in the area.

I’m new at this and there was no leniency. I tried numerous times to fix the problem between VRBO and the destination, to no avail and then they wouldn’t refund me or reschedule even though I paid insurance. I will try again hopefully with a better outcome.

We’re sorry you were dissatisfied, but we’d like to clarify the circumstances of this reservation for accuracy. This was not an issue with the property, management, or Vrbo. The reservation was made for a third party, and the individual who booked was not planning to stay at the property. Additionally, the payment was made using a credit card that did not belong to the named guest on the reservation. This directly violates our clearly stated house rules, which require: The name on the reservation to match the guest staying at the property The credit card used for payment to belong to that same guest These requirements are outlined in the listing prior to booking, along with our cancellation policy, which was also agreed to at the time of reservation. While we understand this situation was frustrating, the cancellation and outcome were a result of these policy violations rather than any failure on our part. We always encourage guests to review listing details and house rules carefully before booking to avoid misunderstandings. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

Mixed feelings on this property. The setup and location is nice, love the cabin feel, the beds were comfy and the cleaning service does well (I did have to kill 3 spiders upon arrival, but otherwise seemed clean inside the cabin). With that being said, I was very disappointed that the hot tub was NOT clean upon arrival. Either the water wasn't changed or the hot tub itself isn't properly maintained. The scum present when we opened it was disgusting! I expected it to be very clean, as we were given strict guidelines on how it is properly maintained. Future renters should also know the hot tub is not in a covered area, so inclement weather could prevent use during the stay.As for the downstairs bedroom, a strong musty smell is definitely present. Even my kids noticed it immediately. The carpet in the downstairs bedroom was wet near the door (appears to be a leak from the exterior door for a long period of time, causing even rotting wood trim inside which leads me to believe its just an ignored issue). We had to run a dehumidifier down there constantly, emptying out several times a day. Not what I want to be doing on my getaway. I expect there to be or will be mold growth down there with all the humidity from the leak.Lastly, it should be noted that there are differences in check in and check out times as you go through the booking process. Not a big deal, but would be if I hadn't noticed the differences and gotten charged extra, as they claimed would happen.

We booked this trip last minute and we were very impressed with the accommodations. Everything was very clean. There is plenty of space for a family or 3 couples. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and we enjoyed a fire in the pit for several nights. We loved the private and scenic road that takes you to the property. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook with. There was also salt, pepper and a container the had several other spices in it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 5. It’s got a very relaxing vibe to it and the hot tub just added to it. Now one thing to watch out for if this is your first trip to the area is that Logan is the nearest town and it’s about twenty minutes away. So nearest restaurants for the most part other than the Subway close by.
