Nice convenient location in Cotter. Very quiet area near scenic overlook and Downtown Cotter. Perfect for fishing groups who want to be near the river. Host was responsive to all questions.

What a wonderful property. Everything was easy to access and the location was perfect for our visit. We hope to return when we can take advantage of the fishing and local sites.

If you want to visit Cotter, this is the place to be! It is clean, and has plenty of room for the family! They also had much more necessities than I expected before a trip to the store. That was something I really appreciated and made it outshine other places I’ve stayed! It is just minutes down the road from Big Spring Park, which is very family-friendly and White River Access for fishing! Sandy is truly a wonderful host! She is quick to respond to any questions that may arise during your stay! Highly recommend!!

Fly Fishing on the White River

We spent 3 nights here while on a fly fishing trip to Arkansas. It was a great location and a nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again

Great fishing get away!

Beautiful place, super close to good fishing and all restaurants, groceries, etc. Simple access and amenities were great! Definitely stay again.

This is a house, not a resort. The house was clean and relatively comfortable and well-equipped. It was centrally located, close to the trout dock and river, and close to numerous restaurants.However, the house smelled musty and off-putting which did not go away during our stay. Also, I resent not being able to locate the house (no address given) before booking and I resent the online photos not showing the outside of the house. The cost of this house was outrageous given our expectations versus what we actually got. We do not recommend this place and will not return.

Beautiful cabin

We were in town for the birth of our granddaughter and need a place that was local. This cabin was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for our group of four adults. Very clean with plenty of amenities.
