The was the perfect place to stay and visit the Indiana Dunes! The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful home! All the amenities you could ever ask for- from a blender, an air fryer, pots n pans, baking dishes, etc. Anna put a lot of consideration into this place with special touches such as Kleenex on each nightstand, chocolate and coffee in the kitchen, and even an extra fan! Her communication was prompt and professional. Gave us great recommendations in response to questions about area attractions. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

This property made for a great stay for my husband and I and our dog. We appreciated the fenced yard, convenient location to access the Indiana Dunes State and National Parks, and the quiet neighborhood in a sweet town. This surprisingly spacious home was clean and the kitchen was well-supplied for cooking. The appliances all worked well. This is a great stay for visiting northwest Indiana. Thank you!

Nice place, the host communicated well, the home was clean and the garage and fenced in back yard were a real plus. It snowed a lot during our stay and the driveway was cleaned up promptly. We really liked the shower downstairs but we found out not to wash dishes while someone is showering. :) We recommend this place and would stay again.

This was a great experience! The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood close to town. Top floor consists of two nice size bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, office, and kitchen. The finished basement is a great space and has a large bedroom, bathroom, living room/game room and laundry room. Beds were very comfortable. The TVs in both living rooms are very large (which was definitely appreciated by all of us.) No issues with WIFI and the check-in procedures are very simple. After a busy couple days and having to leave very early on the morning, I was relieved to see very simple and quick check-out instructions. The property is also dog friendly and has a nice, fenced in outdoor back yard. My dogs LOVED this! There are food/water bowls for dogs and mats available. There is also a clean grill for use and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed (including spices and oils.) The garage is a nice perk too. The absolute best part of this stay is the host and her communication. She is very welcoming and reached out before the trip and checked in via VRBO messaging to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and host and will be staying here again when we return to the area.

Our Family Stay

Very up to date. Very close to the National Park and Indiana State Park. We had five adults which was our daughter and her husband, other daughter and my wife & I. My wife was hesitant to use choose this property at first. Upon arrival she fell in love with it. Very clean, well supplied and very well maintained. All five adults would stay here again.

Freinds weekend

Home is in a quiet neighborhood very close to downtown Chesterton. Modern amenities and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well equiped with all we needed for cooking and baking. Duel brew coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods for morning cup of coffee. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and extra soap and shampoo. There were six adults in our group and we had plenty of room to separate or be together. Lower level rec room with TV and a first floor living room with TV. We brought our bikes and a nice feature was having a garage to store them in. There is also a grill & outdoor patio table. Close to bike trails. We would stay again.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for with three adults and a five-year-old on our weekend trip to the Dunes! Modern and comfortable, house was clean and we very much appreciated the coffee variety in the morning! The game table downstairs was a fun surprise as well :) We would definitely book again - thanks!Just a heads up that there is no door or gate at the top of the stairs to the basement just FYI to those with young children, wasn’t an issue for us, but I imagine it might be for some families.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Chesterton. The Dunes and South Shore rail line to Chicago was a short 10 minute drive. There was a cute downtown with a lovely coffee shop and icecream show in walking distance and there was a very nice grocery store a few minutes away. The house was very clean and spacious. Communication with our host was clear and easy. We highly reccomend! Thanks for having us!
