Great 3-bedroom with elegant garden view, dog friendly, & close to downtown.

Thanks for visiting. Polite guests. Would rent to again. However per check out instructions, would prefer if they had cleaned out trash in rooms and refrigerator and stripped beds so I dont have to consider increasing cleaning fee for future guests and visits. Guest never actually came to property. Sent guest multiple messages before and after their supposed checkin with wifi and other information and never heard from the guest until long after their stay would have started. Immediately accused me of having an unsafe home just to have a reason for a refund for not showing. If the guest hadnt resorted to lies and insulting me and my neighborhood for no reason, I likely would have considered a refund. Simply a mean and untrustworthy person.

I applaud Terry's impeccable tastes. While imo I provide more and nicer utensils and cookware of all types you than any rental under $1000/night, I appreciate folks wanting better. Unfortunately the cookware in rentals is constantly abused including my own. Even before seeing this guest's review I replaced two frying pans this guest or their guests' appear to have scratched beyond healthy use using metal forks on them rather than the nicer silicon and stained wood utensils I also provide. So I try to maintain and replace nice enough cookware to do what your family would like on their vacation but it can only be kept as nice as the guests treat the equipment in return, and I would like to keep the base rental price reasonable. Thanks for your input. I have replaced some of the cookware.
