CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY! Enjoy this mid-century gem with modern amenities and original art in the heart of Old Town's Arts District, just steps from Hotel Valley Ho. The condo features two spacious bedrooms, a separate workspace/vanity, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. High speed internet connection, great for all business needs, or for simply kicking back and enjoying games or videos. Relax by the pool with comfortable patio furniture and fluffy pool towels provided, or grill outside on the BBQ. You'll also enjoy 3 smart TVs with Hulu Live, reserved covered parking, and easy access to Main Street's local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. Owner managed with care by an experienced host.

Enjoy the personal attention of an owner who lives nearby and genuinely wants you to have a comfortable, memorable stay. I'm not a large property management company—I'm here to help however I can.

As an Arizona native and hiking enthusiast, I'm always happy to share recommendations for great local restaurants, hikes, and things to see around the Valley.

The quiet community pool is for registered guests staying at the condo only. It's heated except from December 1 through January 31. The HOA manages the pool, and it may occasionally close for maintenance or repairs. Refunds are not available if the pool is unavailable during your stay.

Traveling with little ones? I'm happy to provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, stroller, baby gate, infant bathtub, plus children's toys and games at no extra charge (subject to availability). Just let me know what you'd like before you arrive.

You'll have the entire condo to yourselves. The pool, BBQs, covered patio, and seating areas are shared with this small, quiet community. You'll often have the pool to yourselves.

The condo is on the second floor and is accessible by stairs.

Although the condo and complex are peaceful, you're in the heart of Old Town, so you may occasionally hear light neighborhood or street noise.

Packages may be delivered to the door via FedEx or UPS. USPS mail service is not available for shorter stays, but guests staying one month or longer can receive USPS mail—just ask for instructions.

The quilts on the beds may differ from the photos because they're rotated regularly to keep everything fresh and in excellent condition for each guest.

Clean room, communicative host, pool, all that. Really nicely walkable to Old town restaurants. Only criticism is the decor is a bit dated, and I echo the other review that the memory foam mattress pad can be rather warm. The fan in the bedroom with the odd person running towards you squeaks so I couldn’t really use it at night.All that said, the price was reasonable for what you get.

Thank you for the review. There is no memory foam review from another guest; perhaps that was from another stay of yours. I would have fixed the fan had you let me know. The condo is mid century modern.

The condo is in the Garden Arts District of Old Town Scottsdale. The small complex is Mid-Century Modern, close to the iconic Valley Ho Hotel. You will really feel like a Scottsdale resident while staying at my clean, quiet property. You’ll often have the pool to yourselves. The condo is clean and comfy; guests rave about the mattresses.

I live in Scottsdale and work hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. I pride myself in providing a clean space for guests, and taking care of guest concerns as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The property is in the best part of Old Town: The Garden Arts District. Walk to restaurants, shops and cafes. Cross the main street to get to the Arizona Canal which is a long and beautiful walking and biking path. (I can advise you on where you can rent bikes.)

PLEASE NOTE:
Absolutely NO parties are allowed.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the complex or in the parking area. The smoking or vaping of any substance in the condo, patio area in front of the condo, and in the condo common areas is prohibited. The HOA fine for smoking on the grounds is $75. Smoking within the condo will require a deep cleaning of drapery and upholstery, which will cost between $300 to $500. You will pay these fines if you smoke or vape inside the condo or on the grounds of the complex. So it's just easier to not to smoke!

The pool is for people staying at the condo, no invited guests.

Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Bringing one in may cause you to lose your security deposit.

Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available. (Please ask for FedEx or UPS delivery when ordering online.)
