This spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath offers room for large groups. Overlooking the Harborage Marina in Boyne City, this beautiful home is close to the public beach and downtown. The main floor offers a cozy master with ensuite, laundry, kitchen, sitting room & half bath. The Upstairs has a large living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. The garage gaming room is seasonal, no heat, there is also an EV charger for your use. Children only for the bunkbeds please, no adults!

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer. A walk to the bars and restaurants is doable for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Additionally, we have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA ! Inquire for more info. There is an EV charger for your use in the garage. The garage gaming room is seasonal, no heat.
