This is a comfortable, large two story home, with five bedrooms, two full baths, large kitchen and large yard, with deck and outdoor fireplace. House can sleep up to 12 (with prior approval). Walk to all the great Boyne City restaurants and just two blocks to the beach and marina! 7 minutes to Boyne Mountain for skiing. Two minutes to Avalanche for mountain biking and sledding. This house can accommodate lots of people and lots of gear!

Our stay in Boyne City was for a long weekend in January, the weather did not disappoint snow and lots of it!! The location of the house was a perfect! distance to downtown, ice skating and sled riding and our daughters. The house was a great space for our large family with all the accommodation to cook, sleep, and hangout! Thank you I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wedding Getaway

Our family stayed here as a mini vacation while up north for a wedding and it was the perfect home for us! Very spacious, very clean and close to downtown. I would definitley recommend this beautiful stay for families.

Trip to visit family in Boyne City

Perfect place for our family trip! The house was larger than we expected and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Nice short walk to the downtown shops too! Make sure to stop at the bakery and don't forget the ice cream for dessert!

Our host is amazing. This is a beautiful home with many updates done since our stay last year. The home is fully stocked with all you would need. Neighborhood is is walking friendly.

Boyne group ski trip

Golf trip

If you come to Boyne City this is a must stay! I would rate this home much higher than a 5 if I could. Great communication with owner and this home had everything you would ever need. It also is close to the city for all to enjoy.

Wonderful Stay

The house and location were great It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The surrounding area was beautiful and conveniently located near local attractions, making it perfect for our family getaway. Communication with the host was seamless. Our family had such a wonderful experience that we would absolutely book with them again without hesitation! Highly recommend!

Great ski weekend at a great house

Was in town for a friends ski weekend. There was plenty of room in house for us to hang out. Would recommend this as a place for anyone to rent.

Cute home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and inviting home right in Boyne City! My family and I came to town for our annual ski trip and could not have been more pleased. Not only were we close to the slopes, but we also were just down the street from downtown’s shops and restaurants. The home itself had plenty of room, was clean, and provided all the comforts of home. The ping pong table in the basement was a fun surprise! The wonderful property owner was quick to respond to communication. My family agreed that we would stay at this home again in a heartbeat!

Six pak golf outing

I felt there were a few issues. Sleeping arrangements were not satisfactory the communication emails were a bit rude no A/C no TV or radios not acceptable

The only 3 star review our property has ever received! Unfortunately this guest did not read the specifics of the house before renting. All bedrooms and amenities are exactly as listed. 3 window AC units included! Communications were difficult with this guest. Check-in instructions were sent one week ahead, as promised. Receipt was confirmed by guest, then days later he says he doesn’t them. All other reviews 4- 5 star!

Nice 4-BR home for summer stays

We visited in July. The house space was adequate for seven of us: three couples and a child. We used four rooms: a non-air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor (it tended to become too warm on some hot days), and three window-unit air-conditioned bedrooms on the second floor. We were lucky that we didn’t need to use the fifth, non-air-conditioned ‘kids room’ on the second floor (the one with many mattresses on the floor): it was too warm even on cool summer days and felt like a hot sauna on warm days (even with the exhaust roof fan and fresh air intake window fans turned on). Everything in the house worked. The house was clean and well cared for. Plenty of towels; beds were comfortable. We used the Weber gas grill and the outside fireplace. The two beach umbrellas from the shed were very handy as we forgot to bring our own. We were greeted by a gentleman from the next house who watches over this house in the absence of the owners. He graciously gave us the second key to the house, which simplified our party’s travel planning, allowing us to venture in separate cars to different destinations and return at different times. Small suggestions to the host, for the benefit of future guests: 1) fix the door lock in the first floor bathroom, and install door locks in all bedrooms; 2) offer more than one set of keys to the house. Overall, it was a nice stay. We’d come back. Thank you, Heather!

Lovely home!

Great location- quick walk to downtown. The house was very clean and uncluttered. Loved the outdoor fireplace! The hostess was very response with last minute booking.

Comfy Family Home

My 4 sisters and our children had such a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Boyne City. The house had everything we needed and more. The short walk to the beach and town were an added bonus. It was a bit warm but the fans and a/c units in the upstairs bedrooms definitely helped. And the large front porch and back deck always added some comfort. We hope to return soon!

Annual summer retreat with friends

The rental property was ideal for our groups goals and expectations for a Northern Michigan get away weekend. We are a group of 8 middle aged adults. we desired a home large enough to accommodate our group and located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and a boat launch. The location was ideal for our expectation and affordable.

Lovely large home

The space was perfect for family time—large living room, dining room, kitchen and ping pong in the basement! Only issue was with cooking—stove/oven not working right. It’s an old house, so the upstairs is out of level—one can get used to that, though. Kids were disappointed with no tv, but that makes for better conversations! Boyne City had a lovely Christmas parade and everyone was so friendly! Will definitely consider coming back again!
