Brand new community- Prime Highland Park! Unit 2
Unit 2. Come stay with us and enjoy the best Highland Park has to offer! Stroll down to Lumen Coffee for your morning latte and pastry. Venture a little further down Figueroa to Highly Likely, HomeState, Jenni’s, Ishijuku sushi and more . These 3 completely renovated apartments are in the rear building of a gated property in prime Highland Park. Light and bright, each apartment is about 800 sqft. All apartments are designer decorated and have beautiful brand new finishes/appliances throughout
There is one assigned parking spot available per unit during the length of your booking.
A laundry room with two LG wash towers are on the first floor available for your use.
There is an outdoor lounge and dining area available when renting Unit 1 only.
We are in the process of finishing the exteriors - outdoor pictures coming soon!
Each unit differs slightly in its layout.
Unit 1 has a dedicated office space.
RULES:
Please read through the following rules carefully:
Failure to adhere to the rules could result in the partial or complete loss of your deposit. In the event of violations or severe disruptions, we will move forward with an immediate eviction.
You will be provided with an entry code to the apartment that will expire upon the end of your booking.
Keep excessive noise down at all times.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM during which guests must be especially mindful of excessive noise.
No parties, no late night dinner gatherings, no late night hangout sessions with several guests.
No additional guests after 10 PM without prior permission.
The decibel levels are monitored, and we strictly require compliance regarding excessive noise and parties.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
No moving or rearranging of furniture or decorations for any reason without prior permission.
No filming, photo shoots, or production crews allowed inside the unit.
No pets of any kind inside of the unit for any reason.
Do not leave the air conditioner on if you aren't going to be home for an extended amount of time.
Park according to check in instructions on the app for the duration of your stay.
Upon checkout, you are required to leave the unit tidy and in similar condition to when you arrived.
Do not leave trash, dirty dishes, or personal belongings behind on your departure.
You may receive mail at the address if you like, but we will not be responsible for rerouting any mail that shows up after your stay has ended.
Report any damage that may have occurred during your stay - do not leave it for us to discover after your departure. We are very reasonable in this area and understand that accidents happen, however if we are not warned ahead of time and have to hire emergency maintenance to cover surprise damages, we will seek to be fully compensated.
