✔ No parties allowed.
✔ No smoking indoors (balcony allowed). A 3500 AED penalty applies for smoking inside.
✔ Lost Key Cards: 500 AED replacement fee.

✔ Late Check-Out: Upon confirmation. Leaving between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm costs AED 500. Until 3:00 pm, it's AED 1000.
