Experience Newman Lake like a local in this 4-bedroom home. The bedrooms feature, 1 king bed in master suite, 1 queen bed in upstairs bedroom and 2 bunk beds. This home is perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the jetted bathtub in the Master Suite bathroom. Stay connected with Highspeed WiFi ( Dual Monitors available if you must work on your vacation), keep your clothes fresh with the washing machine, and stay comfortable with AC and heating. Bring your boat, paddleboard or Jet Skis and enjoy the calm water in the mornings for some excellent skiing or fishing. Take a hike during the day, and in the evening pick whether you want to relax at the cabin with food on the grill or smoker, or head into town to some of our amazing nearby restaurants. Experience what Newman Lake has to offer with a stay at our amazing house.

Lots of room for two families to spread out. Great water access and host was very hospitable. Would stay again.

Great stay! Lots of fun. Unique and beautiful house. Just be prepared to walk up and down A LOT of stairs inside and outside.

Todd is very engaging and ensured that we had what we needed for our stay. The place is as described. The outdoor space is awesome and family friendly. It has a quirky charm that worked well for our family with the different levels that provided everyone separate space when needed. If you can't do steps, this is not the place for you. We would stay here again.

You can disregard the review about the AC not working upstairs. It works great throughout the house! Todd was a great host and everything was awesome!

Great lake house

The house was nicer than advertised! Todd was great to work with. Between the kids games, the kayaks, and the second kitchen, the house was above our expectations.

The top floor (where the kitchen and one of the bedrooms was located) was extremely warm and needs its own ac. Otherwise, it was a great time. The kids loved the swimming dock and everyone loved the kayaks! Beware there are a lot of stairs.

we LOVED this lake! it was so awesome to be able to just jump off the dock. The amount of stairs (think hogwarts castle never-ending stairs,) was a surprise - but it was worth the lake views and access. only big thing that made me most concerned - was that the rails weren't all kid-safe, there were gaps they could fall thru. But all 4 kids did great, and no issues. Also - it is really fun to play hide & seek here!

Paradise!

Location location location; this lakeside house is a dream come true! Todd was a most gracious host, quickly responding to all our questions both before and during our stay.The house is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped…oh, and there’s a view out every window! Morning coffee tasted best sipped outside on the dock listening to birdsong and watching the osprey hunt for breakfast. Also saw a bald eagle and great blue heron. There is plenty of shade to keep you cool during the height of the afternoon temps.Highlights of our stay included swimming, bbqing fish caught fresh from the lake, kayaking, floating, and just being. We can’t wait to return for another stay at this amazing home. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us, Todd and family!

Beautiful lake house with all the amenities. We loved both docks to swim too, fishing was fantastic, Beautiful sunsets, very quiet nights!! Definitely a lot of stairs from parking area to house. Loved the kayaking and our paddle board we brought. Thanks for the week.

The property was beautiful. Lakeview gorgeous. The host had very good communication. AC was good but not great. Be ready for a lot of stairs, outside and inside. Kayaks available was a bonus. There were a few things that could be tweaked to make it excellent, but overall, our needs were met and we had 6 in our group and everyone had a great visit. Would come again. Tried Shindigs, Embers, and Maddies restaurants. All were good and close by. Short hop to Spokane airport and the shops at Sandpoint and Coeur d'Alene.

We are both originally from the Spokane area and grew up loving all the local lakes. We enjoy being able to share our lake home with people as we aren't able to use it every week.

We live the lake vibe. Being here means slowing down, getting away from work and being able to enjoy time outdoors.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This is a cabin with great views, lake access and is right on the beach. The stand out features are the large lower kitchen and dining area that overlook the lake and are just a few steps from it. The master bedroom and bathroom which makes it feel easier to be “roughing it”, and of course the views.
As with most lakes in the mountains, the hills around are steep so there are quite a few steps both inside and to access the home. The home is 3 levels, the stairs inside and out have handrails.
