The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with queen sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 12 people. 5200sft.

The adjective living room is furnished with everything.

The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything with outdoor fireplace too.

Situated near the golf courses guests can enjoy an afternoon of hiking activities and later watch the sunset from the deck off the room.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as skiing, hiking, and close to downtown! Ideal home for families coming in to enjoy graduation or sports events at either Gonzaga University or Whitworth University. Only about a 10 minute drive to Gonzaga and about 5 minutes away from Whitworth. Spokane will be the host of the first 2 rounds of the men's NCAA tournament this year! Home is also close to all the basketball and volleyball tournaments that happen in the area.

Spokane trip

Nice property, but could use a little updating (paint chipping on kitchen cabinets; refrigerator broken - no ice/water). The downstairs bathroom needs new floor mats - smelled mildewy. Outside patio areas were dirty, but apparently, there was a major wind storm followed by rain. Overall, it was a good home - plenty of rooms to meet our needs while in town for a wedding.

Perfection!!!

We have stayed in this beautiful home 3 times now. So much room and space for everyone. This home is always super clean and very well stocked. Check ins and check outs are easy. Only recommendation I have, is to add a topper on the mattress upstairs on the left. That bed is extremely hard! Thank you again for another year of wonderful memories.

Wedding

My family from all over the country came for my sons wedding. It was nice to have us all together. The house was well equipped. There was an amazing deck, We were able to have a nice barbecue for the 4th of July. We will have good memories and stories for future family get togethers.

Great stay

We rented this property for myself and family for my daughter’s wedding. It was perfectly set up to host a large group. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Even a bedroom downstairs so grandma didn’t have to do the stairs. The outdoor areas are amazing, and I wish the weather would have been warmer, so we could have spent more time outside! Very well located and easy to get to as well. We didn’t need to communicate with the owners at all. Just told them when we left. I’d highly recommend for a large groups!

Amazing!!!

The pictures online do not do this property justice. This home is beautiful and is made for entertaining. The kitchen is FULLY stocked including a Keriug. Bedding on all beds was quality. Interior finishes and decorating are far above expectation for a VRBO. Jamie (property manager/owner) was extremely responsive. Jamie thank you for providing an amazing backdrop for fun memories on our sons college football weekend. Can’t wait to come back.

FABULOUS home

A group of 12 women stayed here for Be Bold for Jesus conference. We felt so comfortable there. The house is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The kitchen is beyond stocked with anything you could possibly need. There’s plenty of space if you want to go off and be alone or have everyone visiting in the same room. The hot tub is positioned in the perfect spot where you can relax and see the beautiful scenery. The host was very responsive and accommodating. She answered all the questions I had very promptly. There is one room that the bed is very firm. I assume they have it that way just in case someone likes a firm mattress. The rest of the beds felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely recommend this home and our group is already talking about coming back next year!

2023 Brothers 4 Life golf trip

What an awesome property. Great views, well stocked and comfortable beds. My group of 8 had no complaints only praise for this house. Owner was great to work/communicate with, would absolutely stay again.

Wish I could stay longer

There was so much space we didn’t have time to use. The decks and patios were amazing! Do you need sunshine, they have it. Shade, they have it. A previous review said it was perfect for a three generation gathering, which is accurate. The patio stairs have a gate for toddlers. So many areas for chatting, watching a movie, or playing cards. Wish I had more time to stay there.

Wedding party

Even though we arrived during a snow storm, the home was warm and cozy. We were able to plow our way to the wedding and had a great time. The home was perfect for my family that flew in on Friday and left today. The home had everything we needed. thanks for the use of the home. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Perfect home for the weekend!

This home is clean and very well equipped! We enjoyed the 2 large patio areas and were able to have a mini family reunion with 3 generations very comfortably. I would certainly stay here again!

Great 70th birthday celebration

This is a beautiful home — just as amazing as the photos! Conveniently located close to the city with excellent views and lots of outdoor space to enjoy them. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. Highly recommend it!

Just as nice the second time...

This is a great house for a large group or family. 2nd stay here, first attending a reunion and this time for a family wedding. Great north Spokane location. Outdoor decks (2) are awesome with plenty of seating and a great view. We slept 4 couples and three kids comfortably.

Fair wood house

Beautiful home which was perfect for our group of 11 cousins from around the US and Canada. We gather every two years and this house was a great accommodation for all of us.
