Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DIRTY. We really enjoyed our stay at Vitamin Sea. The location is perfect- close to restaurants and the pier. We spent several evenings fishing off the pier and it was nice to be able to walk to everything. The pool is a salt water pool which was a nice surprise. The house was just as pictured and clean. I like that linens and towels were provided- one less thing to pack! We hope to return next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We called as soon as we arrived and had housekeeping send someone due to dirty bathrooms and dirty floors. The person that came told us the floors were not touched. Obviously, it was rushed thru. The house also needs some repairs.

Hot temperature inside

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Friday October 3rd early afternoon. As soon as we unloaded the cars, we sat down in the living room on chairs that the bottom was broken as we went all the way down as the seat has no support. They need replacing. It was difficult for anyone to get out of them We waited for a while to get the air conditioner to start cooling down, and that never happened. The temperature never went below 76 degrees. We called the number we had and they sent the maintenance guys to check it. They said nothing could be done by them and some ac technician had to come in. We patiently waited Saturday and Sunday for someone to come. Finally on Monday morning I called again and they sent the ac tech. He fixed it with Drano in 5 minutes. The grill covers of the ac filters were super dirty. So we are not happy. The house was comfortable for our group as the ac in the second floor worked. Get the ac fixed or replaced for the next renters. And the chairs need fixing or even replacing

The property is in an excellent location close to everything in Surfside Beach. It could use a maintenance upgrade. The hand rails to the upper floor are pulling away from the wall. The downstairs Master Bed is broken at the footboard. The Jack and Jill bathroom fan doesn't work and there are brown stains by the toilet paper holder. There was only enough cutlery for 8 people. Many of the baseboards are missing paint. Pool was nice but not heated as advertised.
