Speaking of which, this building is home to two incredibly playful and fully vaccinated puppies! Fear not, fellow travelers, these furry bundles of joy have their own VIP suite (aka a separate area) and will not be interacting with guests – unless you have a secret stash of squeaky toys and a talent for telepathy. Enjoy the cozy ambiance and street views from your private perch – perfect for people-watching or pretending you're in a Wes Anderson film. We prioritize your comfort and safety, providing a full orthopedic mattress and comfortable pillows for a rejuvenating rest. Rest assured with 24/7 CCTV monitoring the exterior and interior hallways (because we like to keep an eye on things, like rogue pigeons and enthusiastic delivery drivers). Obviously, bathrooms and your private living areas are strictly off-limits for our digital gaze – we value your privacy as much as a good slice of Brooklyn pizza. The fully equipped kitchen and small dining area allow you to prepare and enjoy meals at your leisure, or just reheat that leftover pizza – no judgment here. Experience the authentic Brooklyn vibe in a safe and comfortable townhouse setting (with the occasional happy yip echoing from afar – consider it charming local wildlife). Travel is seamless (unless you get stuck behind a double-parked truck) with JFK under 30 minutes away, LGA approximately 45 minutes, and EWR just under an hour (traffic dependent, because, well, it's Jersey). The J and C subway lines, mere footsteps from the townhouse, provide direct and easy access to all of Manhattan and uptown. So, ditch the walking shoes (just kidding, bring them) and explore (and maybe send some mental good vibes to the adorable pups)!

Nice but has it's flaws

I wanted to start off by saying, Antonio was great and very helpful after a previous crazy stay at another Vrbo. I hadn't received my entry instructions and was getting worried so he called me and told me they were saying they had issues with the Vrbo communication platform. We talked a bit, and he texted me the check-in info to help ease my mind.I got to the place around 1 am after a night in the city. It was quiet, cozy & as described, almost.The walls were kind of dirty, the lamp was missing the knob so to turn it off I had to unplug it. I was given a very scratchy towel and no top sheet, only a comforter. There was no AC and no fan, so the air was stuffy and hot.On to the bathroom... The bathroom was not great.There were no towels or paper towels to dry your hands after washing. As you can see from the photo, it was not well-kept. Overall, a safe and decent place to sleep, but not sure I would stay again. I appreciate how well I was treated.Maybe a good wall scrub and a good bathroom clean would make it better.

Worst Host in VRBO

Place smells like mildew from the moment you walk in.Pubic hair EVERYWHERE.Mildew all inside the home and bathrooms.Got a room that was different than pictured.No washer and dryer as listed.No iron or ironing board as listed.Extra fees charged for a 1 person stay as “additional guest”.Non-responsive host. Hours and hours without a response. Even days without a response.He only responds once you contact VRBO support.He lists amenities that are not there then tampers with the listing and denies ever posting them. So take screenshots.You’re better off sleeping on the streets on Mew York than here.
