All rooms were clean, shops were near with great restaurants. Host provided continued answers to our requests and questions.The neighborhood is family friendly, and the accommodations were family friendly great for all ages.

The stay was fantastic. Home is very comfortable with lots of provided games that we enjoyed. Location is great to downtown, inter-coastal, and beaches. Everything was as advertised, clean, and host with prompt responses. Would definitely stay again

The home was great! It was equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean! The host replied very quickly to any concerns we had. I highly recommend this rental property. The outdoor space was awesome!

The house was beautiful and close to restaurants and shopping. The property was close to the UF hospital, where we had to travel to daily. Our kids enjoyed the pool and game room. The host was amazing. We hope to visit again under better circumstances to enjoy what this city has to offer!

We are so happy with this place! It was absolutely clean and super cute. The kids loved all the games, and we really enjoyed our time here as a family. We will definitely be back!

My family and I just wrapped up a memorable weekend (Aug 14–16) at Retreat the Marco, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.Heated Pool Oasis: The private heated pool was a big hit. The temperature was perfect for a leisurely swim any time of day—especially soothing in the cooler evening air. It felt like having a mini waterpark right at our fingertips.Comfortable, Spacious Layout: The home offered ample room for all of us to spread out and relax. The living spaces, bedrooms, and common areas were thoughtfully furnished and clean.Excellent Location: We were just minutes away from beaches, local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was so convenient to jump into the pool or arcade, then head out quickly for dinner or beach time Family-Friendly Atmosphere: It’s clear this retreat was designed with families in mind. Between the heated pool, game-filled entertainment, and proximity to local attractions, it was the perfect blend of relaxation and fun.

We had a small family gathering at the property, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the game room and large outdoor pool! The neighborhood is cute, and accessibility to other parts of Jacksonville was great. The house is ideally setup to have two families with kids/cousins who are happy to share the small bedroom with lots of twin beds. Kids will love air hockey and ski ball if it’s raining, otherwise we barely left the magnificent pool! (Pack lots of sunscreen) Already talking about when we may come back with friends or family again!Hosts were great with communication about the stay, cannot recommend enough if you’re staying in or around Jacksonville!!

It far exceeded our expectations! Perfect location - quiet, spacious, and within reach to plenty of amenities. By far our most favorite vacation rental - and we've visited many. Super clean - even more than most 4-5 star hotels. Plenty at the house for the entire family to enjoy with everything you need to just indulge in your stay. We can't wait to return!
