With multiple lounges - including an upstairs living room with sleeper sofa and TV - everyone will find their on favorite spot to relax.

This home offers 4 bedrooms (king and 3 queens) and 3.5 baths, with plenty of flexibility for sleeping arrangements. Each of the two living rooms come with queen sleeper sofas for extra guests.

The fun continues in the garage game room, featuring ping pong, foosball, TV, and lounge seating - all with direct access to the pool and backyard.

For beach days, we've got you covered with chairs, umbrella, beach cart, rolling cooler, and towels. After a day in the surf, come back to grill out, putt a few rounds, or float in the glowing evening pool under the palms.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
